Been holding off potential freeze damage to the plants the past couple of days. Had to go out at midnight to turn the pumps on night before last. The windsheilds were covered with ice. The computer power source took a dump yesterday at the nursery. Fortunately it was just that and we didn't lose all the data on QuickBooks. It's been cold here the past few days for Florida. I know , I know. Florida cold is like a hot spell for many of you guys. The other day a newscaster was playing up the cold and some canuck walked past him wearing shorts, a tee shirt and a backpack. LOL

The banks relaxed their standards. It used to be 2 1/2 times your income. Then it became 10 times your income minus doc fees, loan placement fees, title tranfer fees, 1/2 of 1 percent to the lending institution because we are the lending institution fee. Federal restitution recovery fee, documument processing fee, tip to the courier fee plus countless other fees, environmental impact fee, bond assesment fee, then finally a fee determination fee.

Hell, you don't need a mattress. A really small throw pillow will do.
