I rough them up a little with a wire brush, then rinse away the crap. Next, I add a dab of vasoline to the male and female ends, mate them, tighten them up and I'm good to go. Make sure the wires are clean too. Only use approved connectors and hardware of course.

It's amazing to me that the mama dog can keep them all fed.
At least they're all the same type of animal. The real pain is when you have a zoo, like we do. I'd take one but there is no room at the inn.

Yup! Spent a day in Key West. What a cast of characters.I'm always entertained whenever I go.If you don't fit in anywhere else, you'll fit right in down in Key West. Kind of like the home of American Idol rejects. There are some normal people too. (Like me)

Three long days of work ahead. Work, eat, visit the Guru and off to bed. That's the plan.

Great info. Countyline homepage hasn't been updated from what I could see and I haven't been there for a while. We'll see what my schedule will leave me.

Can you eat cowfish? They are hard as a rock. Chinese eat them by baking them and eating the insides. I think they have some poisonous parts and must be prepared properly by the chef. So in other words,, No.

Then you must need a louder exhaust or turn up the stereo. I only hear the rattles for the first few minutes then I block them out like a whining baby.

Is there anything planned for County Line that you know of? I know they had Challenge events last year. Living in Homestead, Moroso is a pretty good drive for us. Maybe I'll visit an event or two as a spectator. Thanks Crazy8.

AAaahhhh.. My eyes, my eyes.

Hell of a day so far. Put up the mailbox that a teenaged neighbor knocked over. I saw them all sitting around in their yard the other day and asked who knocked it over. One of them admitted to it. At least they were honest about it and offered to help. Got a bill from my local hospital for an ER visit over a year ago through their collection attorney. I never even got a f'n bill. Dug through the records and am getting that straightened out. Doing a lot of little chores as I can. I still have some daylight left. Off I go ............

I'm guilty. I still have my little Corvette Forum window decals on the Vettes. Maybe I'll cover them with those little international symbols for NO. You know, the circle with the slash through it. Or I'll just scape them and my SCCA decals off and let my windows go naked.

That happened to me after work one day. I cleaned my key with some rubbing alcohol and waited about 5 minutes and it started right up. Another time I reset the door locks and opened from the passenger side and the security light was flashing and I was good to go. Don't ask me why that worked. If the security light is on solid the key cleaning is what did it for me that time but you have to wait at least 5 minutes to try again when that happens.

Saturday we were supposed to go to he rodeo. Got there at 6:00 pm and the place had cleared out. Parking lot was empty. Asked the gate attendants what happened to the crowd? New schedule this year, only an afternoon session. Sunday spent at my wifes grandmothers 93 birthday party at the golf course eatery. Didn't drive any of the cars because the rainy morning weather. Took the pick up instead. Today is absolutely gorgeous outside. Sunny with blue skies and the temperature in the 70's and I'm back to work

Unfortunately, when you don't take out an extended warranty, your stuck holding the bag. Unless you charged it on a major credit card that doubles the factory warranty. Then you can file a claim with your credit card company. After 12 months you know that neither Sears nor the manufacturer want a Haier up their ass. Next option is a reliable local TV/Electronics repairman. They usually have a minimum charge if you decide not to go on with the repair after a diagnosis. Good luck. Oh ya, check to see if it has a reset button or circuit breaker.

I'm guessing around 450 HP. Supercharged 383 with upgraded transmission and exhaust system seems to be adequate but I'm still in the testing stages. Ive only put on 3000 miles and it has yet to see the drag strip. Still have to baby it a little and break it back in after the gasoline in the oil pan debacle. Time will tell.

Maybe it means your a little mature for your age. I did something like that too when I was 34. It didn't last for long. When I hit 40 the toys all started coming back to roost.

What is this spare time of which you speak?

Work around the house.
Work on the cars.
Work on the boat.
Work on not doing any work.
Then of course there's work.

The seven deadly sins and seven virtues.
Pick one from column A and one from column B that best describes you.

A ................... B

Lust ............. Chastidy
Gluttony ...... Abstinence
Greed .......... Temperance
Sloth ............ Diligence
Wrath .......... Patience
Envy ............ Kindness
Pride ............ Humility

For me, I'll go with lust and patience

Late entry. Came back a day early from our week on the Keys. Only fished one day but it was a good day. The rest of the week was too windy. We spent a day down in good ole Key West and caught the performers on the Mallory Docks. Quite a cast of characters milling about down there. Reminded me a little of this place....... Spent most of the time hanging out and eating, then eating some more then taking a ride to go eat somewhere.

My first car was a 63 Galaxie 500 XL 4 door factory 4 speed with a 352 motor. Black on red. That thing had a couch for a back seat. I had it 6 months before I had a drivers license. Sssshhh. I used to borrow my sisters tag and take it for a ride every now and then. I wrecked it on some black ice doing about 75 miles an hour in third gear doing 360's down US 1 in Dedham Mass. Took out the rear clip on a guard rail and smashed though a retainer stopping about 15 feet from the Charles River. Paid $500 for the car and would have cost $500 to repair it. Ended up selling it for parts. It was fun while it lasted. More to come later......
