I suppose I can't complain, the only time I really have issues with traffic is during race weekends.

Southwest VA drivers are a PITA though.  violent1

I lived and worked in Detriot for a short time.  Unfortunately, it was before the Heritage Center opened.  sad7

Seeing that almost gives me enough motivation to visit the area again.

Almost.  laughing6

I believe the orginal looked like this:

You can get a replacement that looks like it, but with some updated features.  Here's the one Mid America is selling, and probably the other Corvette parts dealers as well:

http://www.mamotorworks.com/corvette- ... -upgrade-1-307-11234.html

And another:  http://radiosrepro.com/1971-1972-1973 ... 1975-1976-corvette-radio/

Custom Autosound and RetroSound both offer "classic look" radios, but they are definitely not going to pass for orginals:

I'm not a stereo guy, so I can't really make any recommendations.  Maybe somebody else can chime in.

Yeh, at least $10k too much.  Without the stripes and with a 4spd, it could potentially reach that number.

But I'd still take it. Driving

I'm pretty sure it's this one, and I likely got it from Jeg's.  They also have a red one and a black one for less coin, but I liked the chrome.  Head Banger

Bill's suggestion is popular for C3s as well.  I've got a 2.5lb Halon 1211, fits fine in front of the pass. seat, though I know the C4 foot wells are a bit tighter.

Thanks!  Yes, out of a friends '99.  They had 120k+ miles on them, so they were pretty much shot - he found a good complete set out of a salvage, so I got these.  We installed new foam, and a guy in Georgia made the covers for me with the custom embroidery, and the arm rest pad to match!

My original valve had expired as well.  I've got a manual valve in mine right now and just open it for the cold days.

When I finally get around to bringing my climate control system up to par, I may put one of those back in.  Good to know it works as intended!

Tennessee issues HCPs, which cover both OC and CC (no legal carry without a permit). I've had mine for a few years, and my wife's should arrive any day.

I carry a Kahr CM9 and my wife will be carrying our Ruger LCP. After hundreds of rounds, I'm very happy with both of them.

Never really was into gun sports or collecting, so that's it at the moment. But I'm also considering a Mossberg for home.
