Good Morning CGs!

Just a short note to kick off chat today. Gotta head to work soon. Family is all leaving today. Really unfortunate because I barely got to spend any time with them due to my work schedule. But they got to see the baby and do that, so I'm happy for them.

Sister and mom got a bunch of junk shopping yesterday. How did everyone else fare?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Dont quite know what I'm gonna do today. With Sis and Bil it will be one of those "I don't know; What do you want to do?" kind of days. 1 week till Barcelona and the cruise. I'll be a little nervous till I get on board ship with all our luggage. This trip will cost us a small fortune but it's a one of those rare escapes of a life time. Celebrating our 25th anniversary that we had in August. I can plan a really huge 50th anniversary event. I probably won't be here to enjoy it so planning won't cost me a dime.

Greetings! No shopping here, but we got a start on putting up Christmas decorations, and will wrap that up today. November sure has flown by in a hurry!

Sounds like a great trip, Tommy - enjoy it and start planning the next one.

Enjoy your weekend, gurus!

Sarah and I got up at 330 am yesterday and stood in line outside a Best Buy here in Louisville for an hour waiting for them to open. We were looking for a new laptop, a Sony to be specific, and we got a retail $800+ Vaio for $650. Not a bad deal. The crap part was it was 35 degrees and super windy. That was a long, LONG, hour waiting outside. Hard to imagine how the poor souls did it who were out there all night.

Afternoon CG's. I had a light day today. I put the second coat of mud on some and sanded most of the other stuff. I'm calling the bedroom good for texture. The utility room could use a little more work, but I don't think I'm going to be around long enough this trip to get it done.

Sure glad the wife didn't want to fight all those people yesterday, think I'll do most of my shopping on- line.

Turned out to be a pretty nice day for November due to the sun. Can't believe it's almost December! I need to move somewhere warm....
