I swear... what kind of condescending, smart assed comment is that?

The site is down because it has a list of enemies that makes Nixon's list look short.

It's amazing the ownership allows that to go on.

If I were an advertiser there, I'd have to look long and hard at the risk/reward.

And they are extremely expensive to become a supporting vendor.

After the last upgrade change or whatever there was a huge issue with the search function. It didn't work for weeks. It took the forum sponsors to start complaining as they couldn't search for their brand to answer questions on their product. It was not until several said they were pulling out that IB finally put man power on the problem and solved it.

To be a sponsor to sell is 300 bucks a month, tuner shop 330, and to sell cars was like 5k per month.

There was one point where the search function didn't work for years... that was under Troy's leadership.

I'd rather not be the pot or the kettle. This place isn't exactly the epitome of internet security, it's just less of a target.

It is interesting how they handle adversity though.

Not being a target is key.

While I'd grant that Mac OS is more secure, it is hack-able, and it's possible to create malware for a Mac. It's just that with it's smaller market share, and better public image, hackers aren't inclined to target Macs.

This place is a good place. Not the kind of place most hackers would enjoy messing with. Now IB run forums are a whole different story.

Dammit IB!

My motorcycle forum is on their server and it's down again.

So I checked CF, and of course that's down too.
