Good Morning CGs!

Well, I did not want to get out of bed this morning. My entire body is sore. I decided to have a heavy workout last night and I'm paying the price for it. I told myself before I wasn't gonna do that anymore, but apparently I didn't listen to myself. Oh well, maybe I should tell myself again not to do that and listen to myself in the future. Do I sound like Tommy, yet?

Other than that I'm just waiting for my intake. Guy shipped it Saturday, so it should be here soon. I think on my days off it might be time to get the car rearranged in the garage and start getting all my stuff ready. We'll see if it's this weekend or next. Regardless of when, the wife won't be happy, anyway

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Greetings! Looks like another decent day here, near 40 for the high. Maybe this weekend I can think about bringing the Vette home if the roads aren't too sloppy. I had an almost-delightful commute this morning - people must be getting spring fever, as I witnessed only a handful of bone-headed moves, and the pack was traveling at 70-80mph most of the way.

If I had to pick a way to go, this would not be it:

Have a great day, all!

Good Morning All

I'm working from home today... not feeling to good. I was supposed to do a video shoot today but luckily the guy I was supposed to record had to re-schedule.

I worked on mye radio install again last night. I got the wires run from the harness in the back up to the front and into the dash area. I created a nice little harness up there that incorporates all the wiring. Although, I'm still having some problems with constant 12v and switched 12 volt power sources. When I hook up the constant 12v to the appropriate lead on the HU, the unit won't turn off even after the key is removed from the ignition. It is supposed to have both constant and switched sources, so I'm not sure what's going on yet. I'll be scratching my head on this one for a while.

Hope you all have a good day.
Off to check on some other threads...

Well, I have to head back home after while, not looking forward to the six plus hours, but will give me time to think about everything that I need to get done.

Greetings, Gurus!

I thought March was going to end up pretty mellow, work-wise, and it seems to be, but I'm calendering up trainings left and right to be conducted later this year. So that's a good thing!

It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood here. Sun is shining, dogs barking in the distance, crows cawing at each other, trash truck rumbling down the street...ah, suburbia.

When my wife and I argue, it's sometimes better to step back before our temporize flare and I say something I regret.

On a positive note, my new intake manifold was sitting on my porch when I got home. I'm stoked

And I was greeted today by the big brown truck bringing me some new (to me) vette visors courtesy of CSS996

And, at the new job, was told there were two new 28" monitors waiting on me

And, I will be picked up at 10am tomorrow to go to my friend's house in Memphis with a trailer to pick up my vette by a thoughtful friend then take it to the shop to start taking the transmission out.

Hope everyone has had a great day and those of you that have had summery weather since it was freezing and dreary here....
