Good Morning Corvette Lovers of America and the World.

It's a great thing to wake up and realize that when you wake up your life is not a dream. There are a few things no doubt that you have worked hard for, and the proof is right before your eyes. Simple joys, simple pleasures. Savor the good things in your life. Feel the joy.

We have 6-10" of snow coming, and they say we could get a repeat on Friday. I hope I am having a nightmare.

Good morning guys......How right you are Tommy. Life is good. Which reminds me...Friday night we got a call from MIL, my wife's first cousins' 16 year old daughter committed suicide. How can things gets that bad? I would bet it won't be a very Merry Christmas around that household.....sad. It has hit my wife pretty hard.

I have a computer to work on today and I need to go back to school and finish up my flex hours. We got our wills in the mail Saturday and need to go sign them and them notarized sometime today as well.

I hope everyone here has nothing but good news and good things happen today.

The weather channel had one of their dudes reporting live all day yesterday from Truckee,Ca., right up the hill from me. The expected snowfall in some areas from this latest system thru Wed. is 9 to 15 feet.

My nightmare for today is going to Home Depot.

Wow thanks Tommy, I'm feeling inspired all of a sudden. What you say is so true! Brad, buckle up, it's why us midwesterners are such a tough breed, we know snow removal.
Hope none of it comes down here but I think it will.

TeeBee I'm sorry to hear about your families loss. It's such a tragady. When I hear of these things I think about those kids in the cancer wards who would have done anything to try to convince her that she had something precious and to protect it.

I have some unfun things to do today on the business side and I have been putting them off but can't any longer. Have a good safe day today Guru's, it's Christmas week!

It happens to me with my external, optical mouse when I hit the button and then bump the laptop with the mouse.

It also happens when my cable modem hiccups and runs slow. Then I hut the submit again.

First day of winter tomorrow....uhmmmm, supposed to be 50* here. Yesterday was really nice, today it's already 45* and no wind. Thanks for the well wishes, guys. I hardly knew the girl, I haven't seen her since she was about 6.

Good Afternoon CGs!

Odd posting time for me, but here I am. I was supposed to be at work today, but the stomach flu got the best of me last night. I was up at about 11:30 praying to the porcelain goddess. I was hot, I was cold, I was hot...I was miserable. After that I slept until after 9 am. It was good to get some rest. Body feels ok now but my head is still feels a little out of it.

TB - sorry to hear about your family's loss. Very sad when that happens. I had a very good friend take his own life a few years back and it still affects me to this day.

We have a new member, hdfire, who I had stop by the site. He lives South of me a few minutes and just picked up an 89 convertible. It might have some running issues, so we'll try to help them get them worked out. Hopefully he chimes in soon in the new members section to give a proper introduction.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Workbreak.

I had to go to HD and buy some Muphry's drywall, you know, when you diligently save a 4ft x 4ft piece of drywall in the garage in case you need to repair a wall. Then you find out the piece you saved is 5/8ths and the wall is 1/2.

Hope you feel better Matthew.
