Here are the 14 habits of men who are satisfied with who they are. See where you fit in. No particular order I think.

1. Morning excercise to get the day started right.
2. Alone time.
3. A night out with the guys.
4. Date night with your wife or girlfriend
5. Playing or being involved with games or sports or hobbies.
6. Getting organized.
7. Staying with your excercise routine.
8. Generosity and cherity.
9. Eat an indulgent meal every now and then.
10.Down time with family.
11.Meals with family or friends.
12.Playing a musical instrument.
13.Time with the kids.
14.Walking.

I do most of these on occasion but I really like #9.

Well I'm satisfied about half the time. Must be because I refuse to make any New Years resolutions. I never address the other half.

A nice thread already turned into toilet humor...gotta love our guys! Ha.

I think that's a great list and very true. Good things to strive for.

I do all of that except for the instrument and "walking".

I only go on the walk because I have to excersise the dog. 1 1/2 miles in the morning on the treadmill and 1 mile in the evening weather permitting. No musical talent here also. I really like Tommy's music fests though!

4. Date night with your wife or girlfriend

It's better if you don't do this together and on the same night. The wife and the girlfriend tend to clash.
