Well they say April showers bring May flowers. It's supposed to rain today, but I'm still driving the vette. I guess I have to change my for sale ad to "only driven in rain on days it rained." Should still turn out nice, though, around 47*.

Actually got to bed early last night and got a good night's sleep. The rugrats were bathed and put to bed early and we actually had some free time. Watched Grey's Anatomy (I could care less) with the wife so we could spend some time together. Funny, she never wants to watch car shows, or action movies with me, but she always wants me to watch this crap with her? Oh well.

Greetings! I got my exhaust manifolds installed last night and did a little cleaning while the headers were off. I'd like to have it patched together to take a spin tomorrow, since that's the only halfways decent day in the near-term forecast, but we'll see how it goes. It's always something.

The sun finally showed it's face this morning. It's not going to be warm but at least it's not raining.

Did some datalogging last night, Mick said the tune looks pretty good which is awesome since it's the base tune. Might actually get to drive it this weekend. I also installed the headunit that's been bubba'd in the dash with the correct kit last night.

My wife likes American Idol and Grey's anatomy but she likes to watch Car Warriors too. I think it's the reality show edge to it that she likes.

Good morning guys....Marcus, you and yours sound a lot like me and mine (except we are going on 36 years). I will sit and watch some shows she watches, but luckily for me she's not into those reality programs (except for biggest loser a little). Weekend weather is supposed be great...possible showers off and on (I know most of you would not think that as being great, but we need the moisture bad) and temps in the 70's and low 80's.

Marcus, I do hope that your header shows today...although I don't have a good feeling about it happening. Brad, I must have missed the fact that you are putting the exhaust manifolds back on....Why is that?

I need to go back out to the place where I worked on the computers yesterday. They had a couple of issues that I had to bring home the computer and work out, so today I get to go back out and finish up. Really nice people to work for. Migrating from a Win98 machine to a Win7.....talk about culture shock. And of course none of the programs they are using now are compatible. So migrating the data to something that will work in Win7 is the biggest issue. The other computers were migrating from WinXp to Mac, really not as much of an issue, but they are making some major changes.

That honestly looks like it was worth the wait. It's been 2 hours, you should have it installed by now.

Car title transfer progress made. That all seems to be coming together. Real estate deal lies in the wings. We will here something in the next couple of weeks I imagine. This time next week I'll be in Boston. Hooked up with a couple of old friends and will meet them for dinner up there. I haven't been home in about 5 years so it should be fun. Get to trample on some of my old home turf. There is nothing quite like the flashbacks of going to where you grew up. I still know tons of people there but I'll only visit with a few. My immediate family mostly lives in Bradento Florida. I have uncles and cousins and nephews that still live up there.

that would be a good AF joke. But it's real. The joke is that after 7 weeks of waiting we left soon after it arrived on a weekend junket for Ultrawomans 50th B day. So there it sits and now I'm gone. Now that's an april fool's joke.
