Where is everybody?
Finally got the 1985 back from the shop yesterday evening. Please expect a profusion of weird questions from me as I go through the last lap of preparing for my Performance Verification attempt on either May 19th or 20th. Pretty day today after the storms yesterday. We got a wall of rain in the afternoon, but nothing like folks have been seeing elsewhere in the nation. |

Looks like we get one nice day here before it goes back to crap for a while - should be around 66 and sunny by the time I tee off this afternoon. I haven't swung a club yet, so I expect to be doing a lot of earth-moving. Have a great Friday, everyone! |

Ya Brad when it takes two people to drag the divots back its time to take a lesson. Good morning fellow Guru's! I was up and out early but am back for a bit now. Hope Lauren performes well, that can be tense as you hope everything works like it did the day before.
Nice day yesterday, classic spring day with blue sky and fluffy white clouds floating by. But that is all we get, cool cloudy and very windy today. But who cares it's Friday yay yay! Of course I have to work tomorrow but who cares its Friday! Phone is ringing gotta go. Have an interesting day Guru's! |

Good morning guys.....Bill that post has me laughing so hard....I have about 30 minutes before I am leaving for KC. Taking some personal time to help out the daughter. Things are going reasonably well, but she wants me there to help out this evening.
Well, spring fever and senioritis has set in, not bad really, some years it happens about spring break. We are three weeks away from the end of school. Good luck with the prepping for the PV. That would be quite an accomplishment. Brad, I pulled the clubs from the basement, but I haven't even pulled a club from the bag yet, Mens night starts Monday, so I guess we'll have to then. Got some things to do before I leave, I'll check in later. |

I'm so tired. My mother fell out of bed last night ay 02:30 AM. Took her to the ER at 6:30 AM. Just got home at 04:00 PM. She's OK just bruised. Had an X-Ray then they later followed up with an MRI. She got the OK to go tomorrow. Now I have to pack and do my last minute stuff. Good thing it didn't happen tonight. That would have quashed the whole trip. Never a dull day ......... Nope .... Never a dull day.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. She'll have a week to recover from her bruise once I get her on the ship. I told her "You don't even have to leave the room". She doesn't want any part of that. She wants to get up and get going. Doc told her the best thing for her injury was to walk, stay active and take deep breaths. I'm sure that's just what she'll do.
I said to my wife in front of my mother .... What did we do with that rope we used on the Porsche? My mother looked at me kinda funny. I said, Maybe I should tie you to the bed tonight. She didn't laugh. |

Tommy - glad to hear your mom is OK..
Tonight I donated my hair to Locks of Love. I know they will give it to a maker of adult wigs . However it will be put to good use as adults with cancer loose their hair too Almost 18 months to the day I was released from the hospital after having a Pulmonary Embolism in each lung. You had to have 10 inches of hair to cutoff.  |
