Good Morning CGs!

Well, the new fan switch arrived yesterday to my delight. I got home and had a few minutes to install it and pack the evap box entry with some caulk strips to seal it up. Fired it up and the switch was the trick, fan came on and pressures ran well. So I'm a happy man with cold a/c in his vette

After that I spent some time cleaning up the garage (tools everywhere, etc) while the kids played outside with the water hose and some latex gloves. Amazing how simple things can make them so happy. Our cousin came over later (RR#2's Godfather) and brought some water balloons so they had even more fun. Drank a couple beers, ate some leftover BBQ...was a nice evening.

About time to get the vette ready to go and head off to work.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good morning Guru's....101 today so not the 105 they predicted earlier. I was commenting to Ultrawoman that the streets during the day are like it is in the severe cold of the winter. People only going out to get to work or the store and then getting back home and in the cool as quickly as possible. The neighbors across the dead corn field from us got a new big above ground pool intsalled the other day. Wish we knew them better.....Hi we are from across the field...see you got a new pool.....we say while wearing our swim suits and have on swim fins and snorkle tubes and big beach towls....

Matt that's funny....you got a pool and the kids are running around with a garden hose.....lol

Church then we will make it up as we go along....enjoy Guruland.

Yeah, Marcus, but they can't go in alone and I was working in the garage so they occupied themselves with that

Howdy! I decided it was time to practice for the tri-state sleeping championships - don't want to get rusty. Got my lawn-mowing out of the way last night, so there's not much on my list of chores today. Maybe I'll amble on over to Menard's to pick out some cedar boards for the pergola roof. Good to hear you got your A/C working so you can enjoy it before winter, Matt ;-)

Have a good day, yawlz!

You know, when I was a kid, all we had to play with was a stick and a rock. And in the summer, a garden hose. If you were lucky, some kid in the neighborhood had a slip and slide. As I remember, I felt pretty beat up after a couple hours on the ol' slide. Did I mention, in the winter, getting up before dawn and trudging through three miles of snow in my bare feet to get to school?

Recheck. I'm sure that there is someone around that has something for you to do. You may not have many things to do on the short list. The long list is another story.

There's some live Mosport coverage on ESPN2 - one of factory Corvettes is having drivetrain problems.

We were able to repair the plumbing leaks on the hot tub this morning. I filled up the tub and turned on the heater. It's at 98* and climbing. Today, almost a year after getting the house, we will jump into the jac. My aching bones are looking forward to it. Hell, sounds like a great time to enjoy some Busch N/A.

Congrats on the hot tub, Tommy. Let us know how it relieves those aches and pains. We have one of the jacuzzi tubs in our master bath, but it's so big it drains the whole water heater and it's a PIA to clean. So we never use it
