Good Morning
It may not be morning where you're at but it's 12:34 AM on the East Coast right now. I tried to sleep twice already with no success. RLS and a mind that won't stop are keeping my head off the pillow. I lost a few days of productivity. No biggie. I think I'll need one more rest day and I hope to be back in action after that. Later this morning. around 09:00, I have to go back to the clinic and get another antibiotic shot. Hit it hard the doc told me. Hit it hard and fast. I'm gonna follow doctors orders. Guess right now I'll do some surfing. Web surfing that is. I'm sure there are more than a few things I need to know or find out about.

It's still Monday where I sit... I deny the existence of this thread.

I hope you're feeling better, Tommy. I find that heavy antibiotics have a tendency to wipe me out... not keep me up.

Get some rest!!!

Howdy! It's a beeeyoootiful day here, so I'll just be marking time until golf league this afternoon. Shouldn't take long - as I get older the days click by faster than hours used to.

Continued get-well mojo, Tommy!

Have a good day, Gurus!

Keep busy and time flies. Sit idle and watch the clock drag.

I slept three hours yesterday afternoon. That and the fact that the muscle relaxers lasted 6 hours of a 12 hour cycle kept me up. My legs started twitching when the meds wore off. Should work out better today when I space them differently. No plans other than rest today. I slept about 4 hours through the night so relaxing today away should be no problem.

Ahhh the night owls have been busy I see....I was up at 3 am and then after I read a bit back in bed and now I'm feeling very tired...If I go to bed at 10 I don't usually sleep through the night but I was tired so I did. Hope you are getting back to 100% Tommy.....I think it's interesting that they give out antibiotics to fight a virus does it work or do we just think it is helping.....whatever as long as you get to feeling better.

While up I read this weeks Newsweek Magazine with the cover story of Hit the road Barack...Why we need a new President. Talk about keeping you up at night...great read but scary as hell. Come to find out Pelosi has been calling a lot of the shots the last 4 years and she lives in a dream world. At this point in time almost 1/2 the country works to support the other 1/2 and its going to get worse. The debt is beyond staggering and Obama has plans to make it even worse....

Romny is not a home run but Paul Ryan is and he scares the hell out of the current residents in the white house. Everybody needs to be informed on our dire situation and how Obama is turning us into a European country with low growth, high unimployment, and even higher debt.

Here you can read it for yourselves and you need too. Let's get moving Guru's...we have to feed the other half of the nation.........

The antibiotic was for a suspected bacterial infection in my throat. I had elevated white blood cells but no strep.

Good Morning CGs!

Back is sore again this morning. I worked out yesterday and was doing some relatively light deadlifts. At the top of about my 7th rep and it just started to hurt. Didn't do anything weird, I was blocked and focused, back just didn't like it. It's the muscle, at least, I can tell that. I might call the back cracker today, it's time for my weekly appointment anyway.

Time to run, RR #2 demands my attention.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

I hate misplacing shit.

I spent an hour looking around the shop for a little, orange air filter that goes on a paint gun. It certainly wasn't where it was supposed to be.

I'll give it another shot this morning but it looks like another trip to Summit Racing.

Not sure I want to read that article either!

Found a couple hours to myself this morning - very unusual. Cruised in the 'vette and did some datalogging. Was just chilling at a stop light and some guy in a regular sedan pulls up alongside me and says "dude - that sounds remarkable".

Yes it does, yes it does.

Yes - I agree. I'll try and get something set up this weekend (or sooner!)

I was only 2 miles over the speed limit.

I was only 2 dollars overdrawn on my checking account.

I was only two dollars short at the cash register.

I was only 2 minutes late and they closed the door on me.
