Well the number of parts that were required in 1967 to spin a headlight bucket 180 degrees.
The adjustements will be fun..............not. Attach file: 2006-02-11 23-35-28_0001.JPG (0.00 KB) 2006-02-11 23-36-09_0003.JPG (0.00 KB) 2006-02-11 23-36-17_0004.JPG (0.00 KB) 2006-02-11 23-36-24_0005.JPG (0.00 KB) |

Over engineer the headlights, yet the frame is a flex-i-flyer... figure that one out.

Wow - I remember when I had a '67, wish I still did. My little blue 327 convert w/ 4 speed and factory side pipes. I bought it for somewhere around $2,000.00 back in '72 and sold it a couple of years later . Live and learn

I love the Opel GT side flip headlights. I contemplated a way to do that with my C3 headlights...once I convert the bezels to hold 4" bulbs instead of the stock 7".

It really takes 2 people just to get the bearing assy. bolts started. And, I just figured out that you can't adjust the gaps with the body off the frame. There's no way to align the gaps and get the bodyline straight because the fiberglass front end twists easily. So, I may end up doing 2 body drops before it's all over. |

"Hell of alot of work your doin !!" . thanks, that's putting it mildly. Everything's taking longer than planned but, that's not supprising. Little supprises (like the door skins unlaminating from the door frames) keep popping up. And fixing what the bodyshop did is a pain. The color will be Lyndale Blue. The interior is Teal Blue. When my company moved me here from the east coast, they would only move one car. At that time I had the 67, a 65 roadster and a mint 76 Coupe with 15k miles. Had to sell two of them. The 67 is #5 for me and the 92 is #7. The 67's been sitting because of racecars. |

Yes infact my 89 is its replacement. That 72 was fun but it left us in the breakdown lane just one too many times. |

Your 67 is really nice. Interesting we had similar experiences inthat I was also moved from the east coast to CA. I moved my 72 and a 88 T-bird turbo coup sold my 70 Camaro. Looking over time between I've had 1 C2 '67, 2 C3's '69 & '72 and 3 C4's. Now down to my '89. |
