Good Morning CGs!

I hope everyone had a safe and lucky Friday the 13th yesterday. Sounds like Don did, and I hope you have a quick recovery.

It has been brutally cold here the past couple of days. I looked at the weather today and was pleasantly surprised to see a high of 24. I clicked on the hourly and it said 7 am 24*, 8 am wind and 11*. What? Can't win.

Reminder to get those last minute flowers and chocolates for Valentine's Day. My friend who owns a flower shop texted me yesterday to take my order...talk about customer service (and possibly saving my butt so I don't forget? not that I would ever forget, right???)

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Up early to work on the trucks.....going back to hauling rock on Monday so the trailers need cleaned out.....and other general maintenance. Rock pays more than grain....the rock is used in cement.....

Drove the GS yesterday and all seems well....took it out and ran it through the gears up to redline in second and third and was going real fast so let it back off to a more reasonable and prudent speed.......I was smiling though.....

Gotta go...enjoy your day Guru's......

SUNNY, COLD, AND SMOKEY THIS MORNING. FIRE ON THE MILITARY RESERVATION TO OUR SOUTH, I THINK. TRACERS WILL DO THAT.

NICE TRIP TO OKMULGEE YESTERDAY. DARLING WIFE WENT ALONG AND WE SAW THE PRE-COLLEGE GRANDKIDS, WHO HAD A DAY OFF SCHOOL FOR SOME OBSCURE REASON. DOG IS BACK ON ANTIBIOTICS, CAT IS SULKING AFTER I THREW HER HALF EATEN BIRD OUT OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM.

TIME TO MAKE A FLOWER RUN.

Hidey-ho! Cold here today, and it looks like it will be semi-brutal here much of next week. For some reason I don't care.

Have a great day, yawlz!

I got a call from Eckler's about an order I placed back in 2012, but the part was discontinued at that time. They called to see if I still wanted it, as it will be available in March. And I do, since I haven't been able to find another one. I thought it was pretty cool of them to follow up.
