The weekend and super bowl is almost here

Howdy! The week is flying by. The sun is making a rare appearance, but it is not warm. Meanwhile, we used to either throw or attend big Super Bowl parties. This year my MIL is coming over. Pretty exciting! :-P

Yesterday I made a list of the important things that need attention. Today I will work on at least one of the items on the list. The list makes it easy for me to remember. And as you know, "I'm never bored." I've said it before and I'll say it again . "I have something to do everyday for the rest of my life." and "I have a list now and I'll have a list when I go." The important thing to remember is, "In a hundred years will any of this have mattered?"

Morning guys....getting a slow start. It's cold and supposed to stay that way today and tomorrow.

Rosies' birthday is next week, I am not a big football fan, so I am taking her over to Dodge City Sunday to the casino for her birthday. A little gambling a nice dinner, then back home before the game is over, means that traffic should be light. Both at the casino and on the roads to and from. I don't like big crowds, so if last year was any indication, there won't be many people there.

I have some things to do in the shop, so I better get to them.

......let see in a hundred years......a C2 will be worth a lot....but you can only drive them on certain days of the year......we will be legends on the Guru....highly regarded for our knowledge and wisdom......all on the wall of fame......it would be interesting to see......

Right now downtown Ethanol is .30 cents cheaper than Regular gas. .30 is a lot, that's 6 bucks on a 20 gal fill up......good ole Ethanol.....corn squeezing 's is our friend........

Gotta get to work now......don't try to stop me........have a wondrous day Guru's.....

Hey guys, not sure what I got done today, but, the day is over. It was cold all day long, never getting above freezing. I piddled in the shop most of the day, still waiting for stuff to come back from the finisher.

I picked up another little cabinet job, too. I got my replacement debit card I had Rosie (accidentally) cut up thinking it was my credit card that was compromised. My new credit card, should be here tomorrow or Saturday.

I saw Garth live in about 89......put on a great show......place was nuts and he was swinging out over the crowd on a long rope......alcohol may have been involved.........
