Greetings! Indeed, I was looking for Adrienne Barbeau this morning - visibility is about the end of your nose. After 10 days without one, the alarm clock was a most unwelcome sound. The things we do for food.

Rain off and on high in the 60s. The drought isn't over. The ground water tables will be years before they reach a safe level.

Food is overrated.......now beer on the other hand......No fog no smog here just blue skies and warm temps......man could get used to this.....oh yeah snow this weekend......we will send some up north so you guys can enjoy also.......
Today I am training a new driver and trying to hire some summer help. Hard to find good help nowadays.......the driver I just hired is originally from Puerto Rico but they have been in the States for a long time. He has a good record. Up and at it Guru's.......a rolling stone gathers no moss........... |

Overcast in the Sunshine State. Next few days are supposed to be less than optimum. We could use some rain. It's been pretty dry for awhile now in our part of the state. Blue skies will spoil ya. |

2014 Memorial Day Car Show Winner!

Morning guys...slept good even going to bed early (10:15). When we got up dad tells Rosie, he wants her to take him over to Urgent Care. This weekend, Rosies' sister had called to say dad had an eye infection, but when we got here yesterday, it looked to be on the mend, so we didn't do anything. This morning, he said his eye was pasted shut and wants to go. So here I sit while she takes him over. The problem is, my dr appointment this afternoon. We have to leave here no later than 11 to get there in time. Not sure dad would be able to drive himself back, so SIL may have to get off work so she can ride over with me to bring him home.
It is sunny, calm and reasonably warm. Going to be nearly 70 again today. |

Hope the eye infection gets cleared up, TB.
I have had a pretty miserable day, myself. Seems like I caught RR#2's respiratory infection. Sore throat and trouble talking, amongst other things. Seem to be feeling slightly better as the evening progresses. Hopefully another good night's sleep will help. Hope everyone had a great day! |
