Hi everyone,
Well, it's been a bit since I've been here. The work schedule is still at least 50+ hours/ week. It doesn't help that ATT mobile is the only carrier that gets no reception, with a cell tower close by.
I did see where CaptMike had an interview. Mike I hope things come out to a good fit for you. I've now been with a new place for 4 months and I'm hoping that it'll be the place I retire from. So, I hope that you find that good place you want to be.
To everyone, have a great Sunday...

Looks to be a glorious day today in SoFlo. Breezy, cool, sunny with 0% rain chance. Coolest day we've had since April or May. A welcome cold front. Allergies have eased slightly but not enough. Woke with a sinus headache and moderately stuffy sinuses. I know what Matt would do ....

Morning guys. ..Cool start, but proves to warm up some (mid 60s). Not much planned for the day. Need to go out to the shop and pick up/clean up some. Should have some materials showing this week. One of the last big jobs I'll be doing this year and this one needs to be done before Thanksgiving.

Morning brethren ....... so happy to report the Huskers big win yesterday over a team from Daytona Beach Fl....... for a mere 800 large they were brought up to the arena and fed to the lions....er....Huskers....who made short work of them.....

Interesting fact......Bethune-Cookmans kicker named Urial Hernandez is from a village called Homestead Fl and is 5' 4" and weighs 210.....he quickly became a crowd favorite as he kicked a 38 yard field goal and many deep kickoffs....... he was somewhat short running around out there with the monsters of the O and D lines......but Nebraskan's love a success story and kids who don't give up and gave him and his team a standing O when the game was over........ also had a story on him in the morning sports in the newspaper.......you want to get famous come to Nebraska......

today......hang out and work in the shop a bit......been polishing the Fiddysix in stages and will try and finish that up today....we want to take some fall drives in it but we better hurry.......did get all the big whitewall tires for it and all the new Bel Air hubcaps but the 15 X 7 new stock wheels have been back ordered.....nuts.......

Have a great day Guru's...

IT'S BEEN A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NATIONS. THE BIG DOINGS ARE OVER; #1 GRANDSON AND THE WARRIOR PRINCESS ARE WED. THE ORTHODOX SERVICE WAS PASSING STRANGE---I'VE BEEN TO THE STATE FAIR, THE RODEO, THE CIRCUS, AND A GOAT ROPING AND I AIN'T NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE THAT :-)

THE RECEPTION WAS GREAT, GOOD FOOD AND A FREE BAR. VARIOUS FEMALES HAD PITY ON AN OLD MAN AND KEPT ME SUPPLIED WITH WHISKY. THEY THOUGHT A DRUNK GRANDPA IS A HAPPY GRANDPA AND THEY WERE RIGHT.

SO NOW I HAVE EIGHT DAUGHTERS AND GRANDDAUGHTERS AND ONE GOD DAUGHTER. LIFE IS GOOD.

Didn't really get much done in the shop. Rosie had me look at a table in storage that she wanted me to repair for her new office. So I went with her to take a look and ended up taking the broken base off, loading it up, taking it home and repairing it. Once done then we loaded it back up and hauled it over to her new office, unloaded it (it was actually pretty hefty and required me to get help from #2 GS to move it). Went to put the pickup away and saw a neighbor cleaning the rain gutters out on their house and decided mine were probably full too....I way underestimated it. So I cleaned those out on the lower roof. Didn't really feel like climbing up to the upper level. After that I decided to clean the inside of the pickup....tomorrow it's supposed to be in the upper 70s-low 80s, so I will attempt to get the pickup and Caddy washed.
