Some of you remember all the work I'd had to do on the vette. Took a risk and took it on a 7hr roadtrip last weekend from Jonesboro to Gatlinburg, TN, Smoky Mountains. Ran great!

We were in Nashville back in March. It looks like lovely countryside... it's just that everything was still dead from the winter! Infact, I think it snowed the week before we were there! Great drive and a great job done! You have made your vette reliable. That's SO important! |

That drive makes all those sore knuckles worth it! I do enjoy the drive to Gatlinburg from my area. I always go into Pidgeon Forge also. Glad you had a good trip. Nice car also!

Did about the same thing yesterday. About 15 of us from the Atlanta area made a trip to Brasstown Bald (highest peak in GA at 4740 ft). We did some very spirited driving, especially over Neal's gap just north of Dhalonega. It was a really fun day.

Glad to hear it went so well. A road trip is always a pleasure in my Corvette, but only a task to be completed in my sedan.
