These are pretty decent quality. Their from Corvette Mike. They are actually OEM/ GM parts that were stripped & chromed. I think they'll last allot longer than the Chinese models that are out there.

A quality chrome job cleaned regularly should last awhile. Me on the other hand, I get around to polishing mine about once a year, and I make tons of brake dust. So they're pretty well pitted after 5 years.

I've got the chrome Chinese ones.....almost 4 years old now. They look beat! Anyone's advice on polishing them back to new? (Providing the chrome is plated thick enough?)
