Good morning CGs!

Just woke up...gotta love sleeping in. That doesn't count getting up 3 hours ago to burp and change the baby, though, but that's ok. I'm playing daddy daycare again today. Wifey went to work. That's twice this week - I think I might be able to afford that new ZR1 if this keeps up

Went and saw the insurance man yesterday. He's actually more of a financial consultant. Sets up your entire profile with retirement planning, insurance, blah blah blah. I've been needing to get some life insurance so that's where we started for now. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I'm doing an underwritten policy, so a nurse is actually coming today at 3 pm to take my blood and do some questions. Interesting.

Good Morning Gurus!

I haven't driven the Vette in awhile. Been doing freelance work on the weekends. I wish I could say it was paying well, but it isn't. It's kind of a speculation deal. If the show gets sold, I could have some steady work. But if it doesn't. I just did a shit-ton of work for about 1/3 my normal rate.

But I figure I need to fill the funnel for when my job goes away. No news on that, but maybe that's a good thing. A steady paycheck and awesome benefits are worth riding out as long as I can, I suppose.

Enough of that crap...

Baby duties are going ok. Regular stuff. I'm just killing time before the nurse gets here to do my blood draw. I can't eat for 6 hours, so I ate at 9 and it's killing me. I usually eat every couple hours, so I'm starving. Ugh.

I got word about an hour ago that my house appraised pretty much where I needed to be, to get the cash out to pay off my wife's car.

So that is one hurdle cleared. I have all my paperwork signed and ready to go. I'll be FedEx-ing that off this evening. Hopefully all goes well with the underwriter. I guess I'll know sometime next week.

On an unrelated note, I'd like to thank the young lady from Texas on the far right for tugging on her bikini bottom...

I had duty today so I am just now waking up....still abit sleepy though.
