Ok... I know I need to update the graphic... and I am going to do that shortly, but I wanted these articles out there for you all to enjoy!

The first:

Brake Fluid - This is an analysis by our own VTVette - Brian did a great job discussing the pros and cons of each major type and several of the major brands of brake fluid. A must read. C4 Guru - Brake Fluids

A Buyers Guide - I put this one together... it's 7 years of knowledge, learned the hard way, on how to buy a C4. C4 Guru - A Buyers Guide

Cool! I could have used this guide when I bought my current vette. Still happy with what I got though.

Great to see you back! How is NH treating you?

My apologies for being scarce. I am glad to be back, and see nice changes on the Guru.
I am living in NH and having a great time with the new home, and job. Sadly, my wife and 10 year old daughter are still living in Pa.
I am coming home to Pa every 2 weeks or so, (for the weekend), but I am missing the family a bit. Job has me traveling around the US, so that helps to keep me busy. Today, Dubuque, Iowa is the town I am calling home, Tomorrow, NH.
I hope to be available to contribute more here

I assume your wife and daughter will join you in NH once the school year is done?

It's helpful that the job is going well. What exactly are you doing now?

Because of my wife's parents serious health issues, they may not come here for quite some time. The new job title is Technical Specialist. It is related to my floor covering career, and is for the worlds #1 Rubber flooring manufacturer, Nora Rubber Flooring.

Ah, cool. I hope the position works out for the long haul, and that your inlaws health improves.

Do you get home on weekends? I know what it is like to do the long distance thing... sometimes draining, but worth it.

That's great brake fluid information. I never even knew there was a 5.1 fluid. Thanks for the posting.

Thanks for the brake fluid lesson, I'm in the middle of collecting parts for C5 calipers and rotors on my 88 and the article will help in my decision as to what fluid goes in!

An older version of this buyer's guide really helped me! I looked at a lot of cars "virtually", but I bought the first one I drove in person. Normally, I would not have done that, but thanks to the buyer's guide, I know I got a really great car at a more than fair price. Five months of happiness with the car so far!

I've said it more than once..."Thanks Andy, for this guide!"
