Happened yesterday.
Firetruck lost control coming down a hill.
The same trucks was in an accident last year.
This time it careened across the street and into an apartment.

One of the firefighters lost his life

During inspections of the rest of Boston's ladder trucks

Two have FAILED inspection so far
One was fixed on the spot, the other is going to need more time to fix.

No excuse for that, especially since there are firemen in the house whose sole job is to maintain and repair the truck. It's an emergency vehicle and should be maintained properly.
