Good Morning CGs!

Well the baby was sick again last night. Actually all day yesterday she was congested and had a runny nose. She didn't seem too bad, though. Took a couple naps without a problem but didn't want to eat as much as usual. When we put her down to bed last night, though, she fell asleep and about 15 minutes later started throwing up. Ugh. Scary when your baby is sleeping and you hear her choking and vomiting. So we cleaned her up and put her back down and about a half hour later same exact thing. She doesn't have a fever. Only thing we can figure is that her sinuses are draining into her throat when she's sleeping and causing all of this. Hopefully she is better today.

I'll be off to work soon.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

I violated one of my own rules. Avoid buying electronics off ebay. I wanted to replace a failing Onkyo surround sound receiver. I bought an older model for $95. It wasn't packed well enough for it's weight and came banged up. I got my refund minus shipping but basically I have to remember to avoid buying electronics off ebay. The shipping companies are not kind to these type items. They toss them like a sack of potatoes. Now I have to look for a nice sale item or go check the pawn shops. Another point to consider. Crack heads take about as good care of electronics as shippers. Better scratch the pawn shops. Some of you know I worked for USPS. I was waiting for my final check that was sent on 01/09/09. ............. It got lost in the mail.

If CentralCoaster's mailman got ahold of it, there's no telling where it could be! You have to admit, there's a fair bit of irony there ;-)

Lazy day today - I finished my humidifier install the other day (happy with the Honeywell TrueSteam unit so far), so no pressing projects. Gotta go to a friend's 50th birthday party tonight - the whippersnapper can't give the rest of us crap anymore.

You should do a local search for electronics and then you can pick it up. A lot of time those "sold it on ebay" type stores sell them dirt cheap and they are local. No shipping to worry about.
