Oh Boy, the insanity starts tomorrow. There's a bunch of cars in town already. Doesn't end until Sun.,Aug 9.
We have a roadrace at the Reno track on Sat., then at 5 p.m. they'll close the course and setup the dragstrip on the main straight. I get 2 events for one. www.hotaugustnights.net Click on the 2009 event schedule, there's more to see & do than you can handle. |

That's gotta be a real trip. I'd love to be out there for a couple days and check out all of those cars.

I was in Reno '07 for HAN. An old high school buddy of mine lives in NorCal and he picked me up at the Reno/Sparks AP.
I got there on Wed and stayed thru Sun. What a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you've never been to Hot Aug Nites, you gotta go! It was like the whole town was a cruise in!!!!!!!!! Check out the license plate on this thing..YEEEE-HAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Attach file:  DSCN0600.JPG (413.28 KB) |
