Good Morning CGs!

Well, I'm not happy as it's back to work for me after my nice long weekend. It was relaxing, but could have been another day longer

Cooooooold here. So all you sissies who are complaining about it being hot in Florida and California can bite me. I'll send you some of our freezing temps from up North.

Got a new KB routine to try this week if I feel so inclined. It should be a killer. One minute rounds of various exercises - 3 rounds of 5 exercises each/total body. The kind of stuff I love! But I'm gonna give my hands a days rest and take care of them a bit, they are still a little rough from yesterday.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Football playoff game tonight...we'll probably get our butt kicked, I hope not, but the team we are up against is known for traditionally being pretty good. Other than that back to normal today.

Keep your temps up there. I don't to put the top back on the C4 right now. I was up the hill at 8,000 ft. yesterday and it was still above 60 degrees. :toothy3:

It does get cold here at nite but.
I'm hoping that I can get to Thanksgiving before I have to turn on the furnace.

Us sissies are getting sunburned...................

Looking pretty good in central MO today. Expect highs in the mid 60's today. I might have to get one of Corvettes out today at some point. I'm going to go back to work tomorrow as I've taken some time off with the wife to help with the new baby. I need to go back to work to have a vacation!

Good thing I'm here to moderate and keep track of the date.
Cold is cold and hot is hot. I like a little sissy moderation. Sweating through clothes isn't much more fun than freezing your ass off. That being said; It's another hot one here in sissyville. Got a call today from my wife about one of her clients. Appears he wants me to join them on a trip to Key West to check out a job site. The Audubon House. My wife said to him "So what will we drive?" He has a sweet Mercedes coupe or should we take my Porsche she asks. Neither, We'll fly down. Ask Tommy to come along with us.
So looks like we'll be going by small plane on a nice puddle jump to Key West for lunch and a little site planning. Retirement has it's positive points. I'm free to say "Yes, I can do that".

Greetings! I've been tempted the past couple of days to go get the Vette out of storage, but then I'd have to get insurance on it, etc. and probably would wind up with a surprise snowfall, so I'll just suffer.

Greetings Guru's.

Groundhog days continue's for me, work then home...etc...

I've started a diet, weight watchers, seeming as i got my
weight out there where i could really see it.

At my first week's weigh in, I had lost 6 lbs. So now
i'm pumped, hoping for a repeat next week.
Bar n Restaurant is goin good, and am getting ready to start planning our car show next year. probably late june.

the xlr caddy, is a joy to drive, a little quicker than i really expected. i am having an issue with the gas cap but gonna go get a new one thursday.

have a great day, it's sunny here in Missouri. fianally.

Other than the wind blowing here, it's pretty nice, 65*. I haven't had the Vette out in about two weeks. One bad thing about having a lift in the garage is that it's just not handy to drop it down and take the Vette for a spin. Tommy, sounds like a cool trip. Bill...bit me....wait, I guess when I retire I could move out there couldn't I?

Kids are flat out crazy today...must be the full moon...and no, my pants are pulled all the way up.

Snot perfect here.
It can get really cold in the winter but there's always nice days that follow, nice enough to hit the racetrack.
For me humidity just sucks.

I like the weight watchers diet as it's not just a diet. They assign number values to the food and teach you what's good and bad. It actually trains you to eat right. And if you want chocolate cake, go ahead and eat it. It will kill you in the points category, but once in a while it's not bad. But if you really want to see results you need to add some physical activities in there a few times a week. Ask me about kettlebells

BTW, it's my "off" workout day, so I'm enjoying a night of relaxation and a pina colada

Well, I was right...we got our azz handed to us on a platter. 62 - 0 first half. Second half they played nothing but JV and freshman and we finally scored on them. Ended up 62-22 wasn't pretty. Oh, well now we can concentrate on B-ball.
