GM CGs!

Well, I have to say yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day - weatherwise. Was a good day overall, too, just too short

Guy came yesterday and picked up the pool table. We had a hell of a time getting it out of the basement! That was a real chore. The walls at the bottom of the stairs took a few nasty scratches, but cosmetic. I'll be able to touch it up with a sponge brush pretty quickly (wife was pissed, of course). Got a bit of the house cleaned up. Wifey and I went to the store in the evening and finally found a rug for the living room! It's neat, modern kind of style with some square patterns in it, brown/tan colors to match the room. We're happy.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Morning guys. I have to go to a mens group thing about 3 hours away today. It's going to be an all day affair. I did get a portion of the detailing done on the Corvette yesterday before I had to go to the ball games. Looked good enough to draw a few comments from people.

Well I have to finish getting ready to go here, see you all later and have a great day.

Good morning to all CG's!

Yesterday was a very good day here, too! Wonderful sunny weather, and all went very well with Trae's C3. Nice clean shifts, all pressures good, temp nice and low..........I'd say the swap was a complete success. I must say, the Bow Tie Overdrive folks have their stuff together....from the great parts in the kit, to the "checklist" to use on the first test drive. I think Trae took some "in progress" pics during the whole process.....maybe he'll post them soon, if anyone is interested.

Today, it's finally MY turn! He's helping me install an X-pipe and do some underhood detailing (paint, etc.). Spring is one day closer!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning gurus. So far today I have done my usual, had my coffee, checked email and web sites. Cleaned house yesterday. My wife has a booth at a festival this weekend so it's been quiet around here. Can't decide what I should do today. So far it looks like I'll be doing a lot of nothing but that can change. Watched and listened to the Grand Am race last night thanks to Bill H's tip. It is a beautiful day out there today. It would be a shame to waste it. The 90 Corvette is calling me.( Tom. Hey Tom ! Lets go for a ride.)

Maybe I should listen to my gut.

Hey Gurus

Good Morning. I'm a sleepy head this morning! Its gonna be a nice day today. I'm gonna try to get down to the boat today, but don't know if that will happen as we are supposed to meet my parents for lunch.

Have great Sunday

I accomplished nothing yesterday, other than to dredge up some audio install threads I had bookmarked, which reminded me how much I'm dreading putting in a new sound system. Maybe I should just leave it alone until it's broken. Anyway, I'd like to take it for a spin today, but the roads are all wet and salty. Maybe later if it clears up.

Me too.
I might shoot for "less than nothing" today.

I rinsed the vette and wiped it down prepared to go for a ride. Quick shower and I'm outa here. Ring..... ring ...... Wife: Are you busy right now? Me: Why, what do you need? Wife: Could you pick up a plant and bring it to the show? Me: Will it fit in the Corvette? Wife: Just lay something on the seat and bring it out to me.

Me:
Look closely at the passenger seat.

How far did you have to drive like that? Must have been missing all the leaves when you got there.

Drove 72 blocks at 23 mph. It's all country roads out there so the other 2 cars just went around me.

Does that qualify for use of the car pool lane?

Was up most of the night on the red eye. Took a nap feel a bit better. Not looking forward to work tomorrow. I have to do a light shopping unpack and settle in. Good weather today sunny temps in the mid 40's. Rain tonight though.
