OK, my computer savvy (or lack thereof) is showing here. I am trying to post a pic as an attachement. When I click preview, I get the message:
"Could not login to FTP Server. The Username 'c4guru20' or the Password is wrong. Please check your FTP-Settings". What am I doing wrong?

Use photobucket mate, www.photobucket.com and make a free account, upload your pics there and then paste the links here.

Nice looking car!!

BTW, don't use the "Attachment" feature....

As you probably already have done, just use the little box above that shows a little mountain and sun...thats the "add image" icon.

While at your photobucket page, under the pic you want to post is 3 boxes.
Left click in the "IMG code" box to highlight it, then right click, select copy, then come back here and right click in your "reply" box and select "paste"

In photobucket, look at the picture you want to post. Under each photo there are 4 tags. You want to copy the IMG Code tag

You need to copy the "HTML Code" from photobucket and paste it to the message like this
test
Photobucket
this has worked everytime

Ok guys, the instructions I listed worked just fine on the old site. They also work on most other forums.

I have figured out why it does not work here!

If you follow my instructions the IMG tags are in capital letters. For whatever reason, right now on this site it will not work if the img code is in caps.

Use the same thing, but make sure the "img tags" are in lower case, and the picture will display correctly.

In upper case it looks like this: Notice the pic did not dispaly
[IMG]http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a391/RollaMo-LT4/Picture5.png[/IMG]

Now, change the "[IMG]" and "[/IMG]" to lower case:
And the below picture works just fine.
Resized Image

You can also do as Livin_the_dream mentioned. Use the HTML code line instead of the IMG code line. Just be aware that not all sites work the same way. On some sites the HTML code will just display a link. It looks like this one is actually set up to use the HTML code and format the picture for you.

I'm guessing that you would just go to 'edit' and drag your cursor across the text that had the [img] code with the photo in it, and delete the text.
