If I am buying something and there is an American made option, I will get it, even if it costs abit more....Now if you are talking about strip clubs, well, that might be another story. : )

In photobucket, look at the picture you want to post. Under each photo there are 4 tags. You want to copy the IMG Code tag
Picture 1:
Resized Image

If you just click on the IMG Code (left click), you should see the word "copied". This means it just copied it to your computers memory. You can also manually copy it if you want. Right click on the IMG Code tag and select copy
Picture 2:
Resized Image

Now, come back to the forum and in the box your are typing in, just right click again and select "paste". This will place the IMG Code tag into your responce.
Picture 3:
Resized Image

It should now look like this
Picture 4:
Resized Image

Now to test, click on the "Preview" button. This way you can see what it's going to look like before you actually submit the post. If all is well, click on the Submit button.

I am doing that and cannot get my photos to load . I resized them to 300x300 and still no luck?

Here are some pics of my 87 vette and some of the stuff i have done to it in the last couple of weeks.

1. Breathless lights (i got a killer deal on these from Goldcylon on corv@@@eforum, Thanks Daryll )
2. Complete exhaust from the manifolds back. No pre-cats and a Flow Master cat-back.
3. Harness bar that I picked up off ebay.
4. New Radiator, water pump, and coolant res.
5. Resealed, cleaned, and painted intake and valve covers.

Enjoy the pics and feel free to comment(I've gotta thick skin)

hey guys, i got this small area on my car that i would like to fix. the previous owner said someone had backed into it and never got around to fixing it. i can tell the car has been repainted once and really this is the only bad spot on the entire car. i do have a little experience painting but that was brand new panels. i have 2 questions:

1. how can i tell what kind of paint it is? (B/C, SS, urethane, ect.)

2. what is the best way to fix this spot? i would rather not have to paint the entire hood.

hey guys, i want to lower the rear of my car. the front is already lower than the rear, so i thought i could just swap in some longer bolts for the rear... i plan on just going to the hardware store to get the bolts, but what length and what grade should i get? i assume that i should just get some that are 1 inch longer than stock, but don't know what grade to get. thanks in advance,

is this an LT1 thing? i just installed a new set of gaskets for my VC's (L98 with centerbolts) and the didn't come with grommets. ther wasn't any grommets when they came off either

so far, i spend less than $90 per month in gas..... my latest onstar statement said that i averaged 13 miles per day in a 1 month period. my wife is a stay at home mom and only uses $20-30 per month in gas....

now my vette expenses this past month have been almost $7000 :shaking:

wow....this thread is a tough one. i definitely think we are taxed without reasonable representation. it seems as if we only handle certain people's agenda instead of what would benefit the majority. its also aggrevating to see that a few deligates can wipe out the national popular vote. if you are a real american, the longer you think about the issues we have, the more pissed off you'll be. it would be nice if we could actually get a president that spent his life in the middle or lower class. i guess i will stop before i say something that will get me arrested or jepordize my future polictical career

it only need some small mechanical maintenance when i bought it (water pump, mufflers, and some clean up under the hood). the guy i bought it from didn't want to mess with it. he set a firm price, so i test drove it and handed him cash....

Thank you, i added it to my favorites. with the 64cc heads, it would jump to 10.2 to 1. and with the 58cc heads it goes to 11.01 to 1. i used a .024 gasket for this calculation, whats the thickes i could get? probably need a cam with alot of over lap to bleed off some of that pressure, huh?

any idea of what the compression ratio would be if you took one of these 9.0 motors and put the 58 cc heads or 64 cc heads on it?

I just bought a C4 Crossbar on eBay for $11. It looks brand new. The one I bought sells new for $395.

I've gotten so many good deals from eBay.

Billy

Yes it does! I just scored a cheap harness bar too :thumbleft:

That would require some type of standardized tank then that could be exchanged at the fill station, and filling up would be more like getting propane for your bbq.

And all the hydrogen would be trucked in to the stations with a stinky diesel big rig.

maybe not, they could always have a local station that charges the bottles. it would just be a lot bigger than the one that United Nuclear has pictured on their site. they charge them, then swap them with you.
