Gotta dig out the Speedo - it's supposed to get into the 30's later this week. It's already warmer today (+15) than it has been in a while. Better stock up on windshield washer fluid, too.

Today at work I will try to pick up where I left off on Sat. I am getting our reservations in for our trip to Phoenix for spring brake. Ultrawoman gets a few days off so we head for somewhere close that is still warm. Lot of spring training baseball going on in that area also.

Let's get back at it Guru's warm weather is just around the corner.

Yuck!

Well... it's finally cold here! I mean cold! 9 degrees this morning on my way to work. Water main break near the base. All non-essential personnel to go home. Crap, I'm already here! I was told to go home before I have to pee! LOL

Hope all the wives are ok. Mine is sick now too with a high fever and flu symptoms.

We had our Winter Awards Banquet on Saturday night. Everyone had a great time. I got to give away kudos and awards to all my friends and constituents. I was in heaven up front in with a mic in my hand. I love hanging out with the gang. We also had a great Comedian for some laughs before dinner! Fun was had by all.

Lastly... I'm hoping to get to the Washington Auto Show again this year. Maybe I'll get some better photos this year than last.

Morning guy.... Good thoughts for the wives today. It's pretty nice here 40 already, but only looking to go into the mid 40's...pretty much normal temps for this time of year.

Hey guys, I have a Speedo, haven't worn it since I quit coaching swim team....wasn't a pretty site then, as I recall. Hopefully Brad looks better in his. The picture kind of looks like me, except for the toned tan body, the sandy blonde hair....come to think about it....it doesn't resemble me at all...except in my mind.

GS has b-ball game today, should not be a tough game. He has another one Thursday, then next week is the tournament. They need to win these two games to get a good seeding in the tourney.

Kids are pretty lackluster today. I didn't sleep well at all last night, my mind was going 150mph, just couldn't shut it down.

Well a week in on my return to Power 90 and I can tell a difference. Lost 2 lbs last week. Not a big loss, but a loss. I feel better and I think that my metabolism is picking up..

Atta boy, TeeBee! Tony Horton is the new Jack LaLanne. We start our P90X this week. Go go go to the GS!

Good Morning Gurus, wow high near 30 and snow! South Bend indiana was ranked 8th for dying cities in the US. Some business magazine, little did they know we died about 6 years ago. SB use to be heavy manufacturing and Tool and Die, now its all service jobs, Bosch is closing their Brake division next month, it was once Bendix. Two major hospitals, Notre Dame, H1 Hummer plant and Honeywell. Great job prospects around here!
Your right TB the kids are blah! no motivation this morning! I think its the lack of sun, constant snow, and bitter temps.
