Off to the autocross races! I'm leaving in a little while. I got to be at Lincoln Technical Institute by 0730 to help set up today's course for the newbies. Saturday is newbie training day. I could use this training myself!! Yup don't you know it. As the story goes.... the cobblers kids never get any shoes. So if you organize races you don't get any seat time!

Weather here in the Nation's Crapitol is cloudy and going to get a little wet this weekend. Maybe a bit cooler thankfully.

Yesterday was our our 27th wedding anniversary. 8 of us went out for dinner togther to celebrate that and a couple of b-days.

Today ... (good) I have pics in the camera. (bad) The camera is in my wifes' truck and she's already gone to work. I'll have a little sumthin posted soon. It's progressing nicely. Should make a real nice home. The garage door now opens and closes and there is ample outdoor parking for us and 20 of our closest friends. The most serious issue is the roof. That should be done within a couple of weeks. Still loads of work ahead but you can see we're putting a dent in it. (especially if I post some pictures.) The wife is making me crazy(er). She talking about wanting chickens and a horse. I told her if she gets a horse I'm leaving. Chickens? How much is a damned dozen eggs? I told my son she's trying to make it like a farm so I have an endless chore list. Last night she talked about somebody giving her a Yorkie. WTF? She must want to be featured on Animal Planet.


Unfortuneately I don't have too much time to spend here right now but that doesn't mean I'm not thinking of y'all. So ... I'll blow you a big fat juicy kiss. Mmwaahhh!

Good Morning CGs!

Rained a bit overnight but seems to have cleared up. Weather channel last night said 30% chance of scattered storms today. I'm gonna drive the vette to work with the top off and take my chances

Took the kids to the park last night and actually got my wife to ride the bike on the way there. I was happy about that. I told her she should do it 3x a week and she'd feel much better. I don't expect that to happen, but I can dream.

Haven't had much time this week to play on the computer, but I'll catch up soon.

Good Saturday morning gurus....one more day before we head for cooler temps (I hope). Tommy, sounds like you're making headway on the place. Don, have a good time today, and jump in there for the noobie training. Letty, have a safe trip. I need to make that trip again sometime in the near future. Matt, I hope the weathe holds for you today and you don't get wet.

A little more gathering of stuff and packing is on the books for me today. Getting anxious.....

Ahhhh Saturday.....what a great invention. Foggy and cool here I hope it clears up so we can mow today....Tommy out of all the animals on the list the Yorkie would be the best choice. Best dog ever in my book and they don't shed. No chickens they will attract preditors.

Took the 5 out late last night and just cruised with the windows down. Very relaxing to me. There was a bit of a moon out and the miles just flowed by. Punched it getting on the 80 to get back home and lord those Corsas will make a glorious sound.

Everyone have a good fun safe weekend. Letty you will like your drive in your new 5'er. Matt weather mojo and TB I know that feeling when its almost time to head to the Hills.
