I'm using the 600$ to bail him out of jail because

I'm guessing she doesn't work, he's now in jail, since neither were employed or paying bills. I bet there are two kids, one of which is very young.

I know these people very well. Most of my 60 employees from Rural Missouri were all like this...almost exactly.
