Good Morning

If you're reading this you have a chance of having a good day. Simply, it means you are living and breathing. Wifey brought home Dotties sisiter Daisy to piglet sit for a couple of weeks. The owner is 8 1/2 months pregnant and overseeing the nursing of some 11 day old baby foxes. She asked if we could care for the piglet for a while. I have a prediction. This pig may never leave. The pig (we named Daisy) has to be socialized and trained. We've had it three days now and it is coming along pretty well. Dottie and her have been getting into tussles. Normal behavior to establish who's the boss. Slowly, this place is turning more farmlike. My wife already asked me about getting chickens. I said NO! A horse. I said, if she gets a horse, I'm moving out. This place would get unaffordable real fast on one income. I said it before and I'll say it again. I often prefer the company of animals over the company of people. (Present company excluded)
I have to nuserysit for a couple of hours this morning while my wife preps an area in the back yard for tree planting. Well, gotta go ......... Really ........ I gotta go ........... (Coffee is kickin in)

Top of the morning to ya laddies......I will be busy today working away but that is expected this time of the year. It is going to be hot today and tomorrow. 92 on Sunday...come on man, what up with that?

Uboy had a bonefire in the fire pit out back last night and it was well attended by all his buds and budetts. He will be going to prom this year and has asked a girl to go. No he will not be driving my C5.....his little red pickup is cool enough and easier for her to get out of in her prom dress.

Today between hauls I will finish up mowing and work on the iris beds. I am sorry to say I won't be buying you guys new Z06's due to not having 6 stupid numbers that would get in line......geez.

Get out and enjoy the early spring Guru's......Yeeeehaaaaa....let er buck....rollin rollin rollin kept them doggies rollin rawhide......

Morning guys...I couldn't get to sleep last night so I was up late. I blame it on the ice tea that the wife made, fresh brewed it tasted so good that I drank about a half gallon between supper (6:30) and 10:00. So at 11 when I needed to go to bed, I was wide awake. I finally got about 5 1/2 to 6 hours.

I am going to finish detailing the car and the pickup today and I need to change the oil in the Corvette. We have church tonight (Palm Sunday services) and the wife and I are ministers, and I am supposed to read the passion.

Howdy! They had forecast warm and sunny today, but it is hiding somewhere behind cloudy, damp and cool. I have a long list of outdoor chores to get done, so I hope the warm and sunny shows its face pretty soon.

I'm thinkin' that Tommy needs a little Arnold Ziffel to keep those lady pigs company:

Those bathtub photos have given me an idea.....
Still sick but much better, did go to the gym again today. Due to be 88 and sunny here the next two days so I have stocked up on my beer and I will do absolutely nothing but lay in the sun and drink beer. I loaned the lady across the street $100 so she's gonna clean the house, do the yard and clean the car for me sometime tomorrow. Works for me anytime.
