Good morning.



A man is doing yard work and his wife is about to take a shower. The man realizes that he can't find the rake. He yells up to his wife, "Where is the rake?" She can't hear him and shouts back, "What?"
The man first points to his eye, then points to his knee and finally makes a raking motion.
The wife is not sure and says, "What?" The man repeats his gestures. "EYE KNEE THE RAKE"
The wife replies that she understands and signals back. She first points to her eye, then points to her left breast, then points to her butt, and finally to her crotch.
Well, the man has no clue on that one. Exasperated, he goes upstairs and asks her, "What in the friggin' hell was that?"
She replies, "EYE - LEFT TIT - BEHIND - THE BUSH".

I've been feeling kinda crappy lately. No stamina. Feel worse when I work outside in the heat. I've gained back about 10 lbs of the weight I lost when I was busting ass everyday in the Fall. I've started back on my Centrum Silvers and took my allergy injections yesterday. I'd really like to go from this to this . I haven't felt like a dancing banana for a long time.

Pool cover is off and I got it mostly filled yesterday with the garden hose. Needs about another 40 minutes of filling up to get it to the right level for the filter. Gonna stop by the pool store I hate and pick up my chemicals later. I procrastinated and didn't buy them online, so it will run me an extra $30 or so. Oh well. My fault.

Supposed to be 97* here today...a scorcher. No vette for me, I need cold a/c on a day like this.

It's 6 a.m.............there's sparrows having sex on my deck railing...............you'd think they'ed wait until later on...after they've had a few beers.

Morning guys....I had the best night yet last night.....no not because of that ....but I was able to sleep really well. 2 1/2 - 3 hours at a time. I don't know how much rain we got, but it sure cooled things off. Looking for a high of around 90 today and little cooler than that tomorrow and the next few days.

Wind never went down all night but its only supposed to be in the low 90's today. Mowed yesterday and trying to run the lawn sprinklers but the wind makes it almost impossible. Ahh hell at least the sun is shinning.....I'd bitch if they hung me with a new rope....

Today me and UBoy have got to clean the house. UWoman has been gone and we have been batching. Soooo the place is a mess of empty pop cans, pizza boxes and fast food bags. Someday she is going to show up a day early and we will be in big trouble.....

Church first then we will get everything in order and then see what the day brings.

One of the biggest problems with stamina is extra weight. I have also put on some pounds and am now trying to lose them. I read yesterday about 10 things you can do to increase sexual stamina and the number one thing was lose the gut. Fat absorbes the testosterone that the body makes less of as we get older. Last year when I did the P90X it was amazing how good I felt and how much more energy in all areas that I had......now a year later I let all that slide away......I'm on a roller coaster where I get in shape then I get out of shape then I get in shape then I ......motivation to stay in shape and maintain is what I need.........especially as I get older...How about it Matt any suggestions...your the in shape Guru....

I'm thinking Bill needs some motivation to take some pics of his car for the car show.....here are some other purple Corvettes.......

Where did you get my picture?

Made a little more progress on the patio until it started raining AGAIN. The weather terrorists are saying that the storm is packing 70-mph winds, so that should be delightful.

Had a pretty good day here. Went for a walk this morning and just got back from a second one. Wind blew and it was low 90's. Watched my Royals take care of Don's Orioles and switched back and forth to the 500 (don't ask me who won though).

We had the daughter and family over for supper. Rosie made chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans...uuuhmmm good.

I hope that you had a great Sunday.

Damn, I'm full. Made a different pizza- Pizza Margherita a la naples Italy.
Instead of my custom made pizza sauce and pepperoni, I used San Marzano tomatoes, real mozzarella and bazil.

Ate the whole damn thing.

A good day today. It was my birthday: we took the 1985 out for breakfast and than I settled in for the Indy 500 and now the Coca Cola 600. Nice of everybody to schedule such entertainment for my birthday ...
