33 years ago, at about this time, I was just getting home from the hospital after my wife and I had our middle daughter. Only seems like last week. Time flies....

Short work week for me. Will be headed for KC after school.

Wow TBee you guys get out early for TG....hope you have a safe trip and enjoyable time with family....that goes for everybody. Our kids that are in the area will be here but the west coasters will not be.

The weather is unbelievable......65's most of week and 70 on Wednesday....I love it....it might even be in the 40's where Brad lives.....but it just isn't right and it could be trouble down the road.

What are you guys doing for TG? Have a great Monday everybody......

Good Morning CGs!

Yesterday the weather was pretty nice, Marcus. Not sure on today, haven't looked at the forecast. I did get the whole house cleaned yesterday morning. After that I had a killer back workout and then ran a tick over 2 miles. Went to the outlaws for some dinner and BIL made roasted lamb. Yum. Then the wife and I took the kids to the outdoor mall to get some fresh air. Walked around a bit and bought a couple small Xmas gifts. We were starving so we ate dinner (again) and then came home and put the kids to bed.

Today not sure what is on the agenda. Perhaps a little work in the yard.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Howdy! Safe travels, Tom - sure goes by in a hurry, doesn't it? Gonna be balmy much of the week here - high 50's today, mid 60's by Wednesday, and still in the 50's on Thanksgiving. I'll take it. We did all the house cleaning yesterday too, but instead of a workout afterward, I took a nap :-P

Have a good one, yawlz!

I was gonna houseclean today. But, it doesn't sound like DNBFS.

Sooooooo, I'm headed to Gary's (the guy with the paint booth) to show him how to set up the brake bias on the 35 Ford he's building, discs on the front and stock shoes on the rear.

He has another room on the back of the shop. It's full of drums, guitars and amplifiers........I believe a little Led Zep is on today's schedule.

I'm now in recovery from a family visit. The 5 visitors are on their way home. The house has been a bee hive of activity. Far from it's quiet norm. It's nice to have visitors. It's also nice to enjoy the return to normalcy when they go. Next up, Thanksgiving at BIL and SILs with a gathering of the inlaws and my son. Then Hanukah, then Christmas, then New Years. By then I will have reached burnout and will be seeking the shelter of my home. I love peace, quiet and tranquilty. With my wife going into surgery Dec 3rd I don't see much of that coming my way in the near future.

Evening guys, made it to KC and unloaded the car. Stopped at the funeral home half way up here and 4 or 5 of the classmates were there. Had a nice visit with them and headed on our way.

Thank you from my daughter, for the birthday wishes. It was today.

Going to hit the sack.
