Good morning. I've been feeling a little on he tired side lately with lots to do and little motivation. This seems to go in cycles with me. No matter, I still have to get things done so I'll be off to the shower soon enough and out in the yard. Having about 400 sq.ft. of pavers placed this weekend and we have to get the ground prepped before he gets here. Time waits for no one.

In the news .........

Sub tu bakhair!

A little dreary today, supposed to get some rain. I guess we're due, we've had a pretty good stretch. My nap chair hasn't gotten much of a workout lately - I'm gonna have to fix that.

Pavers? Sounds not just fun, but sofa king fun!

Have a good day, all!

Good Morning CGs!

I'm with you on the tired part, Tommy. Maybe you should take a vacation - go on a cruise, or drive to visit some family for a week

I got some projects completed yesterday around the house. The shelves are done in the pantry. It's funny, because afterwards I told my wife "I don't know why we didn't do this years ago" and she agreed with me. Little things can often make a big impact as far as usability.

Taking the kids to the science museum later. Should be fun.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Hey guys...I guess I was MIA yesterday. Had lots to do and got most of it done, plus some things I hadn't planned on.Started off nice yesterday morning, but it really heated up in the afternoon. Today is supposed to be hot and muggy, as aare the next three days (98+).

THE SUN IS SHINING ON THE NATIONS TODAY, SUMMERTIME, WHAT MORE IS THERE TO SAY?

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TOMMY, YOU'RE MAKING EXCELLENT PROGRESS. REMEMBER: THE FIRST 75 YEARS ARE THE HARDEST. :-0

Cloudy here again......not good for the corn who demands sunshine to be happy and bountiful.....

Car door still not fixed.....was waiting for the part and finally went out there to the stealership to see where it was and the computer showed it was in but no one could find it........really? So they had to reorder it......meanwhile I could have ordered it online and had it here and probably in place and working by now......but I wanted to do business in town.......geez.....its a new kid working parts so I will cut him some slack.....

Just keeping it rural out here Guru's......enjoy your day......

Upgraded my main computer here to Windows 10 this morning. Hoping it will eliminate some of the BSOD's I've been having with it.

So far, it looks to be very user friendly and much more like Win 7 in appearance.

The other day Sue asked me "Does it seem like 31 years?" to which I responded "No".

What I didn't say is, It seems more like an eternity.

Of course keeping my mouth shut was in my best interest.

Some of our friends have said if they come back they'd like to come back as one of our pets. Maybe this is one reason why.

MY DAD USED TO TELL ME, "A MAN SHOULD NEVER MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT." HE ALSO SAID CHEWING TOBACCO KEPT HIM OUT OF A LOT OF TROUBLE, AS HE WOULD HAVE TO FIND A PLACE TO SPIT BEFORE HE ANSWERED BACK. :-)

I'd like to thank the person that came up with the duel circuit brake system

I took my mother out to lunch in her car.
I did a panic stop on the highway and heard a POP!
followed by the brake pedal about touching the firewall!
Still managed to stop in time, and get the car back to her house.

Guess I know what I'm doing this weekend!
