Labrīt!

A nice, low-60's sunny day to send September packing. I have a golf tournament on Saturday - if it's like this, I won't have much to bitch about.

Have a good day, Gurus!

They say better pissed off than on, however pissed on washes off immediately whereas pissed off lasts awhile.
Bf's surgery going well one surgeon came and gave me his update waiting on the other to finish . I'm not liking the noisy waiting area.
Dreary weather still here cooler temps on the way. I dread it I like year round summer

A GRAY MORNING IN THE NATIONS, COOL & CALM. THE CHEROKEES ARE WAITING FOR THE SUN TO COME OUT.

THE STATE HAS A WELL DESERVED EXECUTION SCHEDULED FOR TODAY MUCH TO THE CHAGRIN OF THE SAVE-THE-CRIMINAL CELEBRITIES. DARLING WIFE WAS A FRIEND OF THE VICTIMS FAMILY. THIS, OF COURSE WAS YEARS AGO.

When I die I want to be reincarnated as a big spider. Just so I can hear some woman say "Oh my God, it's huge!"

Weedsday Chat, health and tribal news.

We have all heard of the health benefits of the wicked weed and now a new approach is coming, though health benefits are not mentioned in this article.

Surgical mojo sent, Letty. Just got back from a delivery. An accident occurred directly behind me when I was blocks from my destination. I continued to the delivery address, helped empty the truck, then returned to the accident scene. An officer was talking to the people involved and I informed him I had seen what happened. Good thing I came back because the two had conflicting stories and as a witness, I was a tie breaker. I didn't want an innocent party being charged for something that was not their fault. As it turned out, my statement was needed. A high end BMW sedan took a hit to the front. That driver was not at fault and my statement cleared them. It placed the blame squarely on the other driver that had inattentively run a red light. I just figured that if it was me I'd want someone to back my story. After all it's not like getting a parking ticket or something where there is solid evidence. (Did I say that?) ........... Oooohhhhhh!

Glad you went back Tommy......In Nebraska its the law if you witness an accident you have to report it......

Speaking of smoking dope......up here its all legal and there are dope stores all over but not once have I seen any or smelled any in use......My daughter says once you legalize it the thrill goes away so its not a big issue......

I think they all go back to drinking Rainier Beer........

Good Afternoon CGs!

My head cold has diminished, however RR#2 has a flu/fever in full swing. Guess one is going around.

Got in a good workout, have to run some errands later. No update on the car.

Letty - hope all is OK after surgery.

Well done, Tommy. I'm always glad for people like you who will step up in a situation. Saw a banger not too long ago and the dude drove off after hitting a parked car. I saw it, went in the store and found the owner. She was very grateful, I had a pic of the plate.
Surgery for BF has gone well, he's home medicated and supposed to be sleeping but been texting me. Four percosets and I'm sure I'll have my hands full later. No work for 6-8 weeks and no driving for a few days to a week depending on how he feels. This will drive him absolutely nuts. No returning to work for "light duty" as he is a mechanic and works a lot on diesels as well, nothing "light" about it. I put him and the dogs to bed and came on in to work for the afternoon. Hope everyone has had a good Wednesday...thanks for the mojo.

Cop called me to verify my story. Insurance company rep called me later to ask my story and if he could record it. I said "No problem." He told me his customer didn't have the time to thank me onsite and wished to thank me for coming back. Her car was a 2014 White BMW 550 I believe.

Hey guys...busy day. Got sheetrock/tile cut out and new rock put in. Some electrical things fixed. It was a good day. Cool, cloudy and damp all day. Tomorrow I go sand the rock a little and put a second coat on a couple areas, then we head for KC to sit with some grandkids for the weekend.

Good to hear that the BF is doing OK, Letty. Brad, hope the weather holds out for you. Tommy a good deed done well. Gris, I can't blame you for your feelings. Last night kind of teed me off with the big push to get the stay in Georgia (that didn't happen thank goodness).
