Hey guys, I've been busy since the get go. I've got a pit in my stomach because I just bought a car, sight unseen. GS has seen and driven it, but that doesn't make it any easier. He can't get off work to pick it up until Saturday morning. I'll feel better once he has the car in his possession and he drives it home so we can get it transferred properly.

Cloudy and cool today, a few more days like this before it gets back to more May-like weather. I'm going up to school at lunch today to visit with the teachers. We always ate together at lunch and when I see one of them they always ask when I'm going to do that, so today is the last day, so I'm going up today.

Greetings! It's been crazy since I got here, interruptions every 2 minutes. We'll see how far I get into lunch before another one crops up.

Hope the car pans out, Tom!

RIP Morley Safer

Enjoy the remainder of your day, yawlz!

Back from mom's. Up and back, 470 miles or so. Now I'm waiting for the electrician to come finish up the few things he has left.

I have a high speed shimmy in my Yukon that drives me f'n nuts. Over 70 mph the vibration is annoying. Tired of chasing it. Tires balanced, alignment, front end rebuilt, bearings. Seems like the front right. Several sets of tires have been on it. No impact. Could be a rim, rotor, drive shaft. I don't know. Everytime I come back from a long ride I go shopping for a replacement. This time is no different. Gonna go look at Yukons and Silverado Quads again. See if something strikes me like I have to have it.

I had one of those on our Freightshaker between 43 and 45 mph.....and it was very annoying....had the front tires balanced twice, every thing on the front end checked and tightened......put on a new set of steering tires yesterday and it was all as smooth as glass.......go figure......

Tires have more to do with ride that most people realize. Friend at shop was complaining about how his car was handling. Got new tires, problem gone. They get worn all sorts of ways and that transfers to your seat or steering wheel.
Had a lot going on at the wrap shop last few days feeling a bit run down and stressed. Client came in for a sign for her chiropractic office, remembered she'd saw me at another office for her internship. Gave her my ins card and come to find out they pay for me up to 30 visits a year. $20 copay. I told her get me in asap!
Happy day y'all - beautiful perfect weather here. wish god would've not cursed my ancestors and me been born in the Malives or somewhere that's like this year round.

Good Afternoon CGs!

Spent much of the day outside today, it was nice and sunny.

Good luck with the caddy, TB. Hope it's a cream puff.

Tommy, I bet it's tire related. Sometimes you can't see damage to the tread or belt in the tire. You'll like those new yukons...until you see the price tag Maybe they'll have one at one of those auctions you go to....

Gotta go cut the grass.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew
