I've been absent more than usual as I've been working for a new place since 6-27. It's been difficult, to say the least.

Morning guys...Cool but a little humid out there this morning. Headed for a high of 97, yea, that's more like August. Not much on the agenda for today, going over to the 'city' for groceries later. I might work out in the shop on a couple things.

Tomorrow, I told my replacement I'd come show him how to sharpen the knives on the surface planer, that will take a few hours. I told him two years ago that I would come by and show him how to do it, but haven't been able to get there long enough to actually do it.

Morning gang.
Cool here 65 outside. Should be a nice day with temps in the mid to upper 80's. We went to a free concert yesterday and saw a few bands with the highlight being Molly Hatchet. We got our T's signed after the show at a meet and greet. Today's agenda is to go home and finish the bathroom project. I put a new floor in and now I have to put the new toilet in.

Yesterday I did a whole day of fleet services. 2 vettes , the 928, Suburban , Silverado 2500 quad, Express van, S-10 pick up and 2 golf carts. Come 0:930 last night my feets were a boinin and a hoitin. The feet still aching a little this AM. Guess 11 hours of walking on gravel will do that. My plans for today are to ........ do something. I'll pick after my second cup of coffee. Might have to be something done sitting down.

Big rain last night......that will be good for the little cornies ....... I spent most of yesterday with a power washer cleaning up vinyl siding........some of which was off a ladder......more of the same today.......once its cleaned up it looks brand new......who knew...... but first a morning nap......then on to work....... Have a safe day Guru's....

Howdy! Long day yesterday, 3 hours each way to and from the wedding. We could've gotten a room there, but I needed to get back here so I can tackle the lawn. It may stay dry enough to mow today - it's a jungle.

I got all my chores done (including mowing the lawn twice). Kicking back and watching the Twinkies - they scored 9 runs in the 1st inning, so I feel good about the outcome of this game.

Hey guys, just got a text from my SIL, saying my brother told her "I'm ready to go." So now that he has decided he's ready, my guess is it won't be long. Thank you for your continued prayers.

Sorry tee. It's amazing how many terminally ill will find peace. Fear diminishes as they welcome entering the hereafter. Sometimes we look for a miracle but the miracle already occurred. We lived. God bless.
