Well, where did that month go? Like I used to say when I was teaching, "Once July 4th get here, the summer is almost gone". Well it still holds true, enrollment is next week, even though that has no effect on me anymore.

We take GS #1 up to the Tech/Vocational School next week too. He's entering the carpentry program, I hope and pray that works out.

Tommy, how's Sue doing with her wrist? Gris, any news on your son? Prayers sent out for both of those.

I got some things to do in the shop today. Got the rest of the hardware I needed to finish up the cabinet job from a couple weeks back, so I'll do that. And I finished up the dog pen yesterday.....Daughter/SIL are tickled pink with it...at least the pictures of it.

The weather is supposed to start heating up today and by Sunday be pushing 100....yup, it's August. Have a great day guys.

Sue has surgery Friday. The bones and cartilage are not being targeted but stretched tendons are. She's hurting but getting back some motion. Still in a cast/brace. Of course, as usual, she is busy.

The faster summer leaves the sooner we get out of hurricane season. ;)

Please do not watch this if your have a weak tummy....... its bad really bad.............. couldn't they just auction them off for charity......?

I can't watch a car smashing video. I saw what that was and was afraid to watch that one.
Beautiful day here, long day though, nothing to do at the office. Then go home and work on the book layout some more for the paper. Be nice if one day they'd ahere to a deadline so I could get done faster and not have a project drag out all week. I should charge a premium for that mess.
