I didn't want to post this but the NYMEX contract of light sweet crude closed tonight up two dollars at $117.00 per barrel. As we say, there goes the price of gas next week.

Good point. Do we really need to keep minting pennies? And at $5.00 maybe they'll drop the .9 at the end instead of $4.99 9/10.

I am convinced that once GWBII is out of office, oil prices will settle. This is a contrived situation. If there was a "shortage" we would have lines and I haven't seen one dry station.
