Good morning CGs!

How is everyone so far? This will be a short note, the baby is being fussy :binky:

I'm a little sore from a combination of lifting and four hours of jet skiing yesterday. What a fun hobby. But I'll tell you, once things break it's expensive like corvettes

Back to work for me tonight, and I've got a little cold or something. Very uncomfortable sore throat. I'm trying my bet not to be too close to the baby, I don't want her to catch anything.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Matthew

My trip to South Dakota in the Vette was uneventful, so we should be ready to go to Pennsylvania. I didn't do as well mileage-wise as I had hoped, but we had 30-40mph winds, and I was typically doing between 72-80 - I averaged 24.75.

Hey Gurus!

First morning back to work after vacation, so there were fires to put out.

My Vette does NOT start, but that is because of my attempt to program my PKE last week. I have to disconnect/reconnect the battery before it will start. No biggie. I did buy a battery tender type thing, so hopefully I can minimize the dead battery issues that I have on occasion.... Or I could just drive the damn car more often.

I used to live not too far from Carslile. Harrisburg is where I was for awhile. Someday I'd love to attend.

Went to a fun pool party on Saturday for us old farts with Corvettes.

Corvette Club of America Pool Party Photos

There are some photos of some of the cars in the last few frames. My friends Jim's 06 Z06 and the last shot of my Toyota among all of the Corvettes (LOL)

Cheers

Installed half of my heim link rear suspension.

Pics will follow soon!

Also fixed the brakes on my truck finally. I'm not stupid enough to take all my cars apart at the same time.

I thought I've had panic attacks before, but wasn't sure. It was interesting, sort of fun really. Recently happened while carving up the canyons by Malibu. Seriously, shortness of breath, dizzy, disoriented, etc. Or is that normal while driving the vette?

Nope. They said it was all signs of a panic attack because there was nothing wrong with any of my vital signs. Every body fluid was taken. I did have a brain scan before and it was fine. Said I was in perfect health...The dizzyness hasntgone away completly. I have been sleeping more than normal. Slept till about 12:30 today. They put me on some adivan to "calm nerves".....Not stressed out but it damn it slows stuff down. :D kinda weird feeling.

I can't tell if your serious or not? but if that happens on a bike, you should get checked out.
