Good Morning CGs!

DECEMBER!!!! Ahhh! Who was dreaming of a white Christmas? Not me. The weatherman said we'd get 3-5 inches yesterday. Although it snowed all day, it was a mix of snow, sleet, rain, etc, and only about 1/2" actually stuck to the ground. It is still snowing, now, though so we'll see if we get some more accumulation. I'm sure the roads are garbage right now, they were pretty slick last night coming home.

So what's everyone else up to today? Anyone shoveling out from a blizzard?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good morning! I had to scrape about a half-inch off the driveway yesterday, just enough for practice. I'm sick of winter already and it hasn't begun yet. The alarm clock was a most unwelcome sound this morning after 5 days off - I was just hitting my stride.

This is an old one, but only if you've heard it....

'Mornin Gurus!

No snow here yet, but I suspect it won't be long until we get the slush coming our way.

I still haven't fixed my heat problem, but I'm going to remove that heat controller check valve in the next week and check it out.

Have a good day.

Yesterday I had to switch to shorts and a t-shirt to put up the Christmas lights. Then washed the Vette, took off the top and went for a ride in the mountains with Wifey.

Yep! Winter on the left coast is a cake walk compared to what I endured growing up in Detroit.

Today I'll mow the lawn.

Good Morning Gurus!

Work is keeping me pretty busy. Plus between Nov. 27th and Dec. 4th I'll be dealing with my mom visiting, my daughter's 18th birthday, Thanksgiving, my son's 10th birthday, and I'm in the final three weeks of my employment. Once that's outta the way, then it will be time to get ready for the rest of the holidays.

So my head is pretty much spinning all the time. Haven't been on here much, and don't expect to be for another week or so. Hopefully ya'll can carry on without me.

I know what you guys mean about the snow. It snowed here back in the seventies for a few minutes but the flakes melted as soon as they hit the ground. I have awaken to icy windows a couple of times though. I still have my memories of some harsh Boston winters. Today is the first day of my last month at work. 21 work days to go. January 1st, free at last.

Jr - suck it! Jk

Had to drop the X off at the dealer today. I was getting a nasty vibration driving over 45 mph. Figured it was something drivetrain related. Since I have the extended warranty, I'll let them figure it out. They called me a few minutes ago, luckily it's only a u-joint, they should have it knocked out pretty quick.

How's everyone else's day?

Weather is actually NICE!

It hit 60degrees here today.

Don't know why, but it looks like I might get those front seals changed on my car!

Yippee!

I put more 2000 sandpaper to the hood to get the etchin's out of the clear coat. Finally it is smooth, entire hood, behind the headlights. Now time for rubbing compound, then polishing compound.

Lats, traps, and delts UH HUH!!!

I finished getting our office's 12-foot tree up and all that looooooon hallway of lighted garland done. I am NOT doing this at home.
Very cold here today, rained all weekend, but in contrast it was 65 and sunny Thanksgiving. This weather here in Arkansas confuses me. I have sooooooo got to move!
