I was most impressed with Dubya's reflexes!!
He was quick at fending off the flying shoes. I hope they cut that guys hands off!!! They are demanding his release, as show throwing is his way of having freedom of speach! Gimme' a break! He threw his shoes at one of the world's most powerful leaders! (at least for another month) No respect! |

In hindsight, GWB laughing it off after the fact didn't look very good. Not a good idea to laugh at other's passion. From everything I've read it seems like the show thrower speaks for the majority of the citizens there.
At least they dragged him out of the room before beating the crap out of him. |
