ok. so i took a perfectly good running engine out of my vette a month ago with a hair over 10k miles on it since being completely rebuilt.. and my trans am has a 100k mile motor from f-parts.com that smokes pretty good. i was thinking of throwing my cammed lt4 engine into it before i head out.. i have all the parts ready to go. seeing as how they are almost identical i only needed a few things to make the swap happen. do it or not? i had a 280xfi cam in it but am swapping it for a more mild lpe216(213/219 .460/.470 on a 112)

When it comes to changing the oil and filter or getting a new set of tires your making a major investment in the future of a C4.

I've got a shitbox f-body as well. It's a 95 Z. Bought it as a beater. Had a blown driver side head gasket. Car was a ex drug runner car from Texas. Has 170,000 miles on it and holes in the floorboard from hiding the drugs. Texas DPS seized the car cut up the interior and then auctioned it off. I have replacement seats, carpet and some other parts to get it back up to snuff. Having problems finding a stock hood though.

Here are some shots of the milkshake in the valley.

How 'bout a $20k motor (supposed), into a stack of Bond-O and paper mache (the GL Dodge Charger)?
