Good Morning CGs!

Had another rough night with the baby last night. We thought she was feeling better, but put her in bed last night and all we could hear was her wheezing when she'd breath. It was ok, we thought. Well, all the congestion and phlegm kept draining from her sinuses and after being asleep for about a half hour she puked all over herself, the pillow, the bedsheets, my wife....felt so bad for her (not my wife, it's funny when she gets puked on). Then when she was done she just looked around laughing, playing with it. Nice. So wifey had to give her a quick bath while I changed the linens and tossed the dirty stuff in some water to keep it from staining and stinking. Ugh.

How was everyone else's weekend? Any exciting things? I know some people were going out cruising, but today it got cold, around 35, and it's raining now with a chance of mixed snow. That sucks. Can't wait for nice weather!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

First cruz-in of the year was yesterday and we had a beautiful day for it. I met some friends and we went a little early, which was good considering over 400 cars showed up with parking for about 300. So people were parked all over downtown Cartersville. Weather was near perfect (70*F) and some very intereting cars and all kinds of vettes.

Good Morning Gurus!

Sorry to hear about the baby. Been there, done that. At least the wife got bombed instead of you. But you'll get your turn.

Several months ago my ten year old son (the boobie grabber, for those that remember that story) was chosen to be part of an after school program for geeks. I mean, uh, kids with well developed thinking skills. They had their big regional meet yesterday, and my son's group got first place for their age group!

My wife took him to the meet, and got to listen to parents of other kids from the same age group boast about how their kids would surely be going to "states", while my son's group had no expectations. They just went to have fun. I love it when crap like that happens!

We're gonna go have a nice dinner tonight (Red Loobster, prolly. The kid LOVES crab legs) to celebrate his achievement. I will also be celebrating the fact that I finally get rid of my mom tomorrow, after nearly THREE FRIGGIN WEEKS IN MY HOUSE!

Enjoy what's left of the weekend, gurus!

Good morning guys. Lots of wedding planning to do today, hopefully some garage work.

Got to meet a few Gurus yesterday at a local Vette show and I have to say the members here, like most other Vette guys, are TOP NOTCH.

Hi Guys!

Unfortunately another mandatory OT for me this evening. Can't remember exactly when I last had a 2 day weekend.

I think I'll use a sick day this week so at least I'll have 2 days off in the same week for a change.

Somebody was nice enough to back into my new Mariner yesterday either at Costco or Petsmart. Don't know which one, as they did it and drove off. Not a big surprise there. Put a small hole in the bumper cover and some scrapes. Guess I should consider myself fortunate. I'll get some rubbing compound on it before I leave for work and see what it looks like after that.

Lots of bikes and Vettes out this weekend all arond the Chesapeake. Come On Summer!

Almost 50 here today so far, windy, a little sun, and my poor Fiancee is hung over and sick. Looks like I'll be staying in today and relaxing with her.

Chris - very cool for your son. Makes a papa proud, huh?

Brad - that just plain sucks. We're supposed to get some mixed snow overnight/tomorrow. Hope it doesn't stick.

Golf again today, didn't win any money, but had fun (had to throw that in there). Only got up to 77 today and a little windy. We are delaing with the pine tree pollen, turns the cars yellow, great for the allergies. I guess were lucky, it's not snow.
