Good Morning CGs!

Well, I'm a little more on track today as far as my daily schedule. Getting back into the swing of things. But this weather is killing my sinuses. I woke up this morning at about 3 am and my head was throbbing and my eye was really itchy. Washed it out hoping that would help and took a clarinex, didn't do anything. So when I got up I did a neti pot treatment on my sinuses and a couple eye drops and I was about 100 times better.

Had a great kettlebell workout last night. Loved it. I designed this one myself since I couldn't find any good training methods online. Still getting the hang of some ofthe form since it's very different than regular lifting, but I'm liking it a lot. I had to eat twice after working out because I was so hungry. It seems to burn a ton of calories, which is great. Might try a couple more things tonight.

hope you're feeling better, Matt! We're going to have October-ish weather this weekend, highs in the mid-60s, very strange for this time of year. I have a golf tournament tomorrow, hopefully the dry forecast holds out.

Matthew, Itchy etes sounds more like an allergy than weather. I guess Clarinex is gor allergies? I've tried a bunch of different things for itchy eyes (pollin) and only one works for me. The other don't do anything.

Gonna pull the boat in the garage today. Needs total re-wiring and I'm replacing the carpet. Sounds like a weekend project.

Today was a good day for me, Work seemed to go fast, Got home girlfriend is working a double tonight. I went out for a few drinks and now I'm home alone watching football. All in all its good.

Matt, that looks like what I need. I have been buying "simply saline" Which is a saline solution to spray in the sinuses, but with this I can really wash them out the way I'd like.

Where did you get yours?

My Friday? Well... I put new wipers on my 92. I need to reset the audio system... the aux box is interferring with the sat radio. Odd.
