Good Morning CGs!

Welcome to December! Strange to say that already, huh? Christmas is only 25 days around the corner! Has everyone finished their shopping yet? I know I haven't.

Well, I cracked yesterday. I had a busy, crappy day at work and driving home I was done. I made my wife order Chinese food and I picked it up. Ate some crab ragoons, pork fried rice, general tao's chicken, and washed it down with a couple of beers. No workout, and I went to bed early. It was just what the doctor ordered! It's always a good idea to have a cheat day with your diet about once a week, and I haven't taken a day off my workout for the past two weeks. I figured I was due. I'll be back into my regimen today.

My regimen is similar to yours Matt but I have 6 cheat days and one workout day. Starting to pack for the trip today. I'll try to keep it limited to what I really need. Overpacking is such a waste of energy, especially when you have to lug that stuff around. Some of my stuff is going to get some extended wear. Nobody will notice if I start to stink it up a little. We'll be in the Mediteranean where people don't smell all that good anyway. Hopefully I'll find my motivation this week. Somehow I keep misplacing it. I have to squeeze in shopping and holiday cards between now Saturday.

I've had a LOT of cheat days here lately, so I'm thinking it may be time to get it in gear before it's too late.
Looks like this is the last 'mild' day we'll have for a while. First taste of winter on the way, according to the weatherman....Ugh....

Those Saints were pretty impressive, indeed - if it comes down to it, the Vikes will have their hands full.

No workouts for me, but I have been taking the stairs a few times a week lately (I'm on the 9th floor). First couple of times I had cement legs by the time I got up here, but it's getting better.

Ugh. I just got up - waaaaayyyy later than I meant to. I'm off today but had a ton to do. We'll see how far down the list I get. Hard to work through 'honey do' lists when you are the only honey doing them...

Just a normal day here. Those pictures just about made me pass the apple I was eating through my nose. 15 years ago I was coaching our local swim team (summer rec) at the end of the season we had our little get together and the kids thought "I" should put a speedo on and swim, well, I did and it wasn't pretty.

I'll make sure to watch the VS show tonight to strike them from my mind.

I got to take a road trip today, and get out of the office.
Of course it's 40 degrees out, but it was still pretty cool to get out.

We were checking out this neat radar dish we're working on.
It's up and a old site I used to work at, so I got to check in an see some old coworkers.
