I actually really like light fresh sandwiches from places like Pickleman's and Subway. Light on toppings, with meat, lettuce, and fat free mayo and mustard, on wheat bread.

The author of that, David Zinczenko, has some really good diet/education books. I have one of his called "6 minute meals for 6 pack abs". Really good recipes.

As far as the article, that's an old one he wrote that I've read before. And BTW, the Italian night club and Jimmy John's is my favorite sub there and the one I always get
