Good Morning CGs!

I am in a good mood. A fresh haircut will do that to you That and the fact that it's Friday for me so I'm looking forward to the weekend. I'm watching the rugrat tomorrow, and we have a zoo trip planned as long as the weather holds out.

Got some tinkering done around the house last night - replaced a ballast in one light fixture that has been bad for about forever, and a few other light bulbs in another. I now have two functioning light fixtures. Yeah me. I have to do a proper fix on the pool later tonight, which involved buying another $50 part. Go figure.

I also plan on tinkering with the car in the next couple days.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good Morning All,

The building here at work is about 90 degrees. AC unit was totally shut down over the weekend. They are sending us all home as it will be all day for the building to cool back off. "I hate when that happens"

Chat later

What time on Friday did you shut it off Don?

Yesterday was visiting day. First Nana , mom and pop in law, then we did some shopping. Whoo Hoo! One of those sacrifice days that come with saying I do. Supposed to drop off the 90 today and get the runs wet sanded and the drivers door moulding secured a little better. They probably busted a fastener or two inside the door and gave it back to me hoping I wouldn't notice it's loose. Then whatever I think needs done will fill my day. (Practicing my busy day look).
Have a good one and a great day too.

Howdy! I took the top off the Vette before driving to the office this morning - supposedly we have a string of nice days ahead. Always makes the commute more enjoyable. Then I get to work and that bubble bursts. Oh well :-P

Have a great day, everyone!

Wife's coming home today after a 4 day visit at a friend in Ohio. Think I'll plan on retiring to the garage.

Morning gurus...

I've got a truck coming this way today with materials for three different jobs, so I'll be busy once that stuff makes it here. The wife is off today so that makes watching the boys a bit easier.

Don, I wish I could have thought about doing that Brad, we have a string of decent days on the way too, only in the upper 80's to low 90's for the next week or so. Matt, it always seems to be something doesn't it? $10 here $50 there.... Tommy, I have to practice my busy look until the wood gets here, too. Think I'll retire to the shop...makes it easier to look busy.

Hot yesterday, 95. 92 today but at least the heat index is 4 degrees lower and it cools down by 8 p.m.

I'm going to spend the day playing with Corvette parts.
