Good Morning CGs!

Well I had a busy evening. After I got off work I stopped by HF on my way home. I needed to pick up something the wife wanted, so of course I picked up a set of crows foot line wrenches while I was there. I even got a free flashlight (gotta love coupons ) Once I got home, I fixed the vacuum cleaner that I took apart on Monday. I had to pick up a new switch for it. Once that was done it was in the pool with the rugrat so she could have her play time. We got out, ate some dinner, and then the wifey sent me on a trip to walmart to exchange some items for the baby (and of course take the baby with me so she could relax!). Then it was home and wash up time for the rugrat. Full day, huh!

Today I think should be more calm, but I never know until I get home.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Did you see any other of "The customers of Walmart" while you were there? I'm sure you and the baby blended right in.
Cleaning up more stuff around here today getting ready for Mama's visit and the gathering at the house on Sunday. My wife keeps asking me should I invite this person, should I invite that person. She's already inviting people I hardly know. I just told her we're gonna have a houseful of people, invite whoever the hell you want. The party is not really for me anyway. It's for everybody else ........

Morning guys..up late last night and up early this morning. I got some finish sprayed yesterday and got some of the daughters stuff moved to a storage unit. When we had to move her at the end of May, there was not a storage unit available anywhere, now within the last week we have had 5 opportunities. We latched onto one.

Today, more spraying, watching the grandsons, and maybe delivering a computer. It's #2 grandsons birthday, we kind of celebrated last night, because grandma has to leave this morning for meetings in Wichita.

Hope you have a great day. Don't fret Tommy, everyone will have a great time at your party. Sounds like your wife listens to you about like mine....why bother asking, you're going to do what you want anyway.

Jeez, yawlz are too busy, makes me feel like I need a nap already! I'm packing up the car, we're heading out in a bit. The forecast isn't looking too promising, so I won't be surprised if we run into some storms on the way to Sioux Falls.

Have a good one, everybody!

Replaced power steering hose yesterday afternoon on the 87. No leaks.
Had dinner at a popular Mexican Resturant which I'm paying for this morning. Refried beans and a wet burrito the size of your head is not making my colon real happy.
Hot today high 96 again.
Need to do serious cleaning of the shop today! Smells like welding flux and burnt leather. I try to keep it clean then I go nuts working and it gets trashed.
Have a great day guys!

Keep working around in there and it won't smell like that for long.

I had refried beans, pulled pork tacos and chile verdi (all made with my own greasy little hands).

My colon cleaned out quickly.

Wow... I'm finally sitting down to the computer today. Its been pretty busy today. I had a lunch date with a recruiter that really wanted more information from me than to help me with finding work. Then I visited the corporate offices of my company in Alexandria, VA to do some chatting about future contracts. However, all this job searching may be a moot point as I hearing now that they are almost 100% decided to let us work remotely from home!!! That would solve all the problems right there and I'd save a ton on gas and mileage too!

Also -- I'm going in for some minor knee surgery in the morning so I'll be a couch potato for a couple days here at the house and will be able to stay up to date with the Guru a little better! LOL

Take care and if I can get some photos up of the Grand Sport and the football game from last weekend I will.

Cheers

I had a knee problem a few years back. Had the x-rays done and after the swelling went down the Doc walked in with this huge needle filled with cotizone. I looked at him and said, Doc, I think I want to hold off a bit before I start this treatment. I've never been back. Rest is a great cure for a bad knee. If you don't stay off it, it will never heal. That doesn't appear to be an option with the crowd around here.
